What To Look For When Shopping for Jewelry Subscription Boxes

Before choosing a jewelry subscription, first, decide what you're looking for. Are you just wanting to try something low-risk and experience something new? Do you have a specific style you love or do you only wear gold jewelry?

If you know you only will wear gold jewelry, picking a jewelry subscription box that doesn't allow for any customization may mean you get jewelry in silver instead.

Do you have metal sensitivities? Another reason to be on the lookout for the jewelry subscription boxes that allow you to customize. Maybe you're looking to try out designer jewelry without having to pay designer prices- there's a subscription for that too.

Once you've decided what's important to you, you can narrow down the options by which subscriptions fit your budget.

How to Get The Most Out of Your Jewelry Box Once You’ve Picked

Once you’ve picked out the right jewelry box for you, make note of any relevant dates you should be aware of.

For example, if you chose a subscription that allows you to skip months, set a calendar alert for the day you need to skip before you get charged a monthly credit.

If you chose a subscription that includes a style profile, make sure that is filled out to ensure the highest probability that the jewelry sent to you will be jewelry you love.

Factors We Considered When Reviewing These Jewelry Boxes

This list features our fellow subscription fanatics’ top choices, and we can confidently recommend the subscriptions above since we’ve researched and reviewed them all. Factors we considered when reviewing these subscriptions include: the type of jewelry sent in the subscriptions, the brands featured, whether the subscription was a rental service or if you own the pieces, or the cost, and if any items in addition to jewelry were sent in the subscription.

That's All For Our Review Of The Best Jewelry Subscription Boxes!

If we missed anything above, make sure to drop us a comment! If you’ve tried one of these services, be sure to leave a quick review (even if you had a poor experience — your review can help other readers avoid subscription remorse).

Great list! Too bad Ear Fleek is a scam. They have been charging my card for months and no shipments have been received. Customer service is a joke and does not help. I wouldn’t risk it with them.

Great list and lots to check out. I just started Style Dots jewelry subscription box called Dot Club. They’re snap jewelry so the snaps swap out with other snaps inside a necklace or bracelet base. They’re in my personal top 5!

I recommend My Meraki box, which was reviewed here at msa through the middle of last year. If you prefer sterling, with leather, and stones, it’s worth a look. I did sub briefly. Not everything was to my taste, but I like the creativity and authenticity.

I subscribed to my meraki over the summer and received one of the three boxes I paid for. I reached out multiple times and never got a reply. The one box I got had a broken item that I reached out about and never heard back. I have not been able to get a refund from the company.

Thanks for doing a jewelry best of!
I just cancelled my Emma&Chloe after a couple of years. Some of the jewelry has not held up as well as it should. Rings started turning colors within a few months of use. It’s too bad because they have some really nice pieces. (And it’s not just me being picky- I wear EarFleek earrings regularly!)
I’ve been hoping to find another jewelry service to try. I don’t want to use a rental service, that seems like to much hassle.
