On December 5th 2019 I was sent an email saying your holiday box is ready for shipment, and now it’s January 25th and still no box. I ordered the premium box for my fiancé and still nothing, I’ve reached out sending multiple emails regarding where the box is and still no response. Customer service department sucks. Very very disappointed in this product as I canceled it. When I first ordered it, the reviews were at 3.5 three months ago and now it’s down to 2.7. I personally don’t recommend thus box unless they can on track with a better service!!!!!!

CANNOT RECOMMEND. I have been a subscriber since the very first day this sub was offered. When Premium was offered, I again subscribed on the very first day. The company that runs this sub is non-existent and has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. In the past 2 months I have been charged three times for the same subscription. I was able to get a refund of one of the extra charges after sending 5 emails. I have now sent 6 emails to support over the past month asking for the second double billing to be refunded to my checking account and I have not gotten any sort of reply at all. The quality of the box has gone down this past year. The Fall 2020 box is full of Ellen branded products that are not well made. It's so disappointing. I was in love with this box for the entire first year...then the issues started. PLEASE look at all of the billing issues many of us have had by reading the comments for each boxes review. Read Ellen Be Kind Fall 2020 box review if you want a full view of the billing issues. This has been a nightmare and during a pandemic when our funds are low, they have an additional $250 that I could use. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hopefully they can get a response. Otherwise, I will have to contest this with my CC. BUYER BEWARE.

I think it's a lit of hype with no substance. I signed up for an annual prepaid subscription. When the year is up, I won't be continuing with this box. Huge letdown.

"It sucks not to be Kind!"

I paid in full for 4 BeKind boxes I live in Canada so it was just about double the money. Then paid duties and the paid delivery fees. I received 1 box and still waiting for the other 3. I would not recommend this to anyone. I decided to get the boxes because of the cause. Now I am just about 3 months trying to get the boxes or my money back. I have paid just about 500.00 Canadian. I am done being KIND. Can someone help me out please...

I've gotten only one box was not impressed at all. I just want to cancel subscription. Unable to get in contact with anyone to cancel. I guess the next option is to stop payment at my bank. I've already been billed for another box.

The contents of the box used to be great and I felt it was worth the price. The last few boxes have had horrible contents that seem to always be the same- pouch/bag, journals, cheap jewelry item, lotion. Whoopee. I've tried to cancel the subscription in the past, to no avail. This latest box I received was a half-full Summer box, instead of the Fall box! I didn't even like the Summer box when it was full! There is no way to contact them except via email, which of course they haven't responded to. Horrible box and even worse customer service!

It is fun to be introduced to new products. However, the customer service is TERRIBLE and non-existent! I was double charged and it took almost a year to be refunded, only because I filed a credit card dispute and a better business bureau complaint (of which there were many). They have since cancelled my subscription and not sent me any of the boxes that I should have received, as they cancelled my entire account with my refund. They have no number to call and talk to someone, only an email support that they decide if they want to respond or not. I don't typically write reviews and was excited to support Ellen, but don't waste your time or money on this joke of a company.

I was really excited to support Ellen by adding this subscription box but I have received two so far and they are both a complete waste of money. If they improved the products and amount they added to each box I might get on board but their poor customer service and website design makes it so I cannot wait for this annual subscription to just be over with so I can cut ties for good. Most frustrating at all is both quarters I never received my box and had to contact customer service to ask the status. Each time receiving the standard “boxes are delayed” then magically receiving a tracking number 24-hours later. The website has no usable account info. There is one page that has your address, type of plan, and billing history but no shipping history. Their main page provides zero info on when boxes will ship either.

This used to be a box more than worth the money. Now its total junk. On line subscriptions to workouts? Another notebook and a bag to carry the notebook? Really? And a little tube of stinky lotion.............. I am soooooo disappointed not worth the money. I have emailed and asked to cancel my subscription as well as a refund and I will send all the junk back.
