Each bi-monthly delivery has been themed around one of the characters. So far, we’ve had KayleeJayneZoe, and Washburne – this month featured their famous ship – Serenity!

You’ll always get a copy of The Signal. Inside you’ll find information on each product along with stories from Firefly.

You’ll find interviews and information on your crate inside.

Each month comes with a pin.

This month’s pin is from the Serenity movie. This is the logo painted on the side of the ship at the end.

Let’s Moon ‘Em Shirt – Value $15?

This shirt calls on a saying from the very first episode of the show by Jayne! The saying and the shirt is very ‘Firefly’, so I’m liking it a lot.

Little Damn Heroes Mini Master – Serenity – Value $20-25?

Each month adds onto the exclusive Qm Little Damn Heroes line. This month, of course, we get the Serenity ship.

Personally, all of the spoiler photos I’ve seen of this figure don’t do it justice. It’s got great color and tons of detail across the body of the ship.

It’s got the same type of magnetized base as the Planet Express from the July Loot Crate. I’m liking this figure much more than I thought I would.

Serenity Dedication Plaque – Value $10?

This is another one to file under the pleasantly surprised category.

Again, the spoiler photos I’ve seen made me think this was a peel and stick plaque like the Star Trek plaque from July. This one is a solid metal plaque dedicated to your favorite ship.

Serenity Blueprints Mini Book – Value $5-10?

The next Serenity themed item is a 6 x 8 inch spiral booklet with detailed blueprints of the ship. Right away, I liked that they made it look like a sales brochure for purchasing a Firefly!

You’ll find a ton of detail inside!

They finish off the brochure feel on the back page as well.

Firefly Replica Cargo Sticker Set – Value $5-10?

The next set of items were custom made from the original Serenity art file – It’s a set of cargo stickers.

You can definitely bring your Firefly collection up a notch with these. While they’re not that useful to me, I can see how this would be fun for someone decorating their Firefly collection.

Firefly Q-Tag – Value $10?

It seems like a good fit to include a luggage tag when you’re doing a box about a ship – So we get a Firefly themed tag.

It’s got everything you need to add your information and prepare for your next journey.

Firefly Travel Sticker – Value $2?

Finally, continue your Firefly passport with this New Burbank sticker!

Verdict: Honestly, I had low expectations after seeing some spoiler pictures, but I was pleasantly surprised while unboxing. It’s not my favorite Cargo Crate – but it might be my favorite shirt and Firefly QFig, so that was what really won me over out of all the items in the box.

What did you think of the ‘Serenity’ Firefly Cargo Crate?

… although of course now I am more bummed than ever that LootCrate refuses to let me have a shirt that fits my female body.

    • Your comments about the shirts: WORD! It actually really pisses me off. They do the bare minimum to throw a bone to female geeks, and expect us to be grateful. Grrr.

      • Couldn’t agree more! I really wish they would work on the women’s fit for the shirts! Biggest complaint about this box.
