Thank you for posting! I was just thinking about this the other day now that I have to eat GF and my partner eats Keto. I wish we had more options in Canada. I signed up to hellofresh previously but with our diets I had to put a hold on it.

You’re very welcome, I’m glad it’s helpful for you! It seems to me that GF and Keto diets are rather compatible for folks living under the same roof. Some of the options on this list might appeal to both of you!

I’ve been using territory foods for two weeks now and am really happy with it! They are not available in many markets, but they partner with local chefs wherever they do offer services, so the food is made locally and not frozen.
It’s a pre made meal service, nothing contains gluten or dairy though I think they are prepared in shared spaces. I havent gotten sick, though, and I have celiacs and am ridiculously sensitive to cross contamination!

The food is really good, I have been choosing grain free meals and on the lower carb end. They have keto, paleo, vegan, whole30, etc options.

I’m not sure it’s worth MSA reviewing, since it isn’t a nationwide service, but for comment checkers looking for prepared meals I recommend it! They deliver (to your house or to local places- I pick mine up at a gym which is an easy bus ride between work and home) twice a week and have three size options per meal, as well as number of meals per week.

Thank you so much for sharing this info, Anne! We highlighted Territory on our Keto and Paleo lists, but good call out that the meals are all GF (even if it isn’t an entirely GF facility). Links to the Keto & Paleo lists below, in case anyone wants to bop over and see what we highlighted about Territory in those articles. Thanks again, Anne!

I was surprised to see they were made in shared facilities myself, then realized they are made in local restaurant kitchens!
I have incredibly sensitive cross contamination reactions and have not yet had a problem. I figure if I am willing to go out to dinner and trust the cooks separate preparation surfaces and tools in a shared kitchen, I can trust this too.

Stacie

Thanks so much for this post! I have gluten intolerance, and this is a great overview of some options for me.
