Summer is here! Who else is excited? Let this gentle facial buffer help keep your skin glowing in the golden sun! I used this pad during a shower and loved how the fiber was gentle enough to not scratch my skin, but enough texture to feel the dead skin being removed from my body. Yep, you read that right. I used this buffer on my whole body, not just my face, and will do it again 🙂

Rituals The Rituals of Jing Mild Body Scrub, 70 ml – Estimated Value $6.30 (Buy a 200ml jar for $17.50)
This body scrub contains shea butter, coconut oil, sacred lotus, and jujube. I had no idea what jujube was or what the benefits of the fruit were. I learned that jujube contains many immune-boosting properties and is great for revitalizing sensitive skin areas. The scrub was delightfully gentle on my skin which was a huge plus! My skin felt nourished and smelled great post-shower.

One thing about me, I have about 50 million hair products in my hallway closet! I'm constantly trying to figure out what my hair likes and dislikes. I'll put this on my hair's like list. This was my first introduction to Philip Kingsley Styling products and I'm pleased. The fragrance is light and fresh. I put a coin size drop in my hand, rubbed it on my hair (particularly my edges), and my hair stayed pretty tamed throughout a very humid Pittsburgh day.

This is another new brand I was introduced to this month. The skin around my eyes has become dull and dry the older I get, so I'm always ready to try a new eye product that can assist with that. This eye cream is it! While I've only used it for a few days, I've already noticed the skin around my eyes becoming brighter and more moisturized. I'm looking forward to seeing more results!

Dr. Lipp 100% Natural Red Radish Tint, 8 ml – Estimated Value $9.68
I love getting new lip moisturizers as it drives me crazy when my lips are dry. This lip tint from Dr. Lipp is incredibly hydrating and left my lips soft without any sticky residue.

Another lip tint that doesn't show at all on my lips! I was really hoping for the strawberry tint like the swatch on my arm. Oh well! I can just use this balm as a natural gloss.

Balance Me Pre and Probiotic Cleansing Milk, 30 ml – Retail Value $11.20
Our last item in this month's box came right on time! I had just run out of face wash the night before and needed a cleanser for the next morning. This cleansing milk really soothed my skin and calmed down irritated acne on my face. I'll continue to use this item any time I want a calming face wash.
The Verdict: The products this month were very on par with Look Fantastic Beauty Box's summer theme. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the hair serum kept my tresses pretty intact throughout the day. Wishing the lip tint was, well, an actual tint, but still planning to use it frequently as a lip hydrator. I estimate the products I received have an approximate value of $78.18, which is a pretty great value for a $19.00 box!
