I signed up for a 6 month subscription. I received the first 2 boxes and was charged for the third box but didn't get a shipment notification or any communication. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the box was 'out of stock' and they would send it when they got another shipment but didn't include any information about when that would be. I'm not sure what's going on with their customer service, but no box is so amazing that it erases poor customer service.

I subscribed in October and committed to a 6 month membership at a rate of $17/month. First two months went off without a hitch - I was not super excited about the boxes but they were OK. When I was billed me for the 3rd (and 4th) month - I noticed they had billed me for an incorrect amount. There wasn't a big difference, but it was more than I had committed to. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and the last response I received was on December 28 when they said they would get back to me on resolving the issue (FYI - it is now early February). I reached out to them today and apparently their answer to the problem was to cancel my subscription. The moral of the story - there are a lot of choices on where to spend your money on a beauty subscription service. I would recommend doing business with a company that bills you what they say they are going to bill you and has a customer service team that will resolve the problem, not just cancel your subscription to make you go away.

Sharing to to help other people make a decision about a beauty box subscription. When I first subscribed in 2017, this box was delightful. It had interesting products, a nice selection of brands - and overall felt like a good value. I looked forward to this box every month. In the past 3 years it's steadily declined. In 2020 the products were still interesting, but the shipping and fulfilment was hit or miss. in 2021, I started noticing the boxes were very unbalanced, one month it was great, than 1-3 following months where the boxes (if shipped) were low quality/odd assortments. Through 2022 - Strange mix of products, shipping issues and sometimes they would just run out. It's 2023 - and the customer service is non-existent, constant shipping/fulfillment issues - which are worse today than at the height of the pandemic. And the boxes themselves are completely underwhelming. Unsubscribing.

"WORST EXPERIENCE ONLINE EVER"

WORST EXPERIENCE ONLINEI ordered their advent calendar on Oct 1 2022.  I received a confirmation email and two days later a tracking number. I was excited.  But when I kept on going to DHL's site it stated that the package had not been received by them. I would communicate with Look Fantastic daily.  They kept on sending me emails apologizing stating that the items were delayed. Well a whole month passed and the customer service would not cancel nor refund my purchase.  I was so frustrated that I would cry because they kept giving me the runaround.  I was able to convince one of the reps to cancel and refund my order.  I received an email confirming so but then two days later I received another email stating that the item would eventually ship and that they would not cancel.  I was furious!!! Do not bother to go through all that pain, I just went to the resolution center on PAYPAL and they refunded my purchase after a week.  What is funny is that today I received another email from Loo

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have tried cancelling multiple times and they keep telling they will cancel and won’t. I have already gotten charged for last month when I cancelled within a reasonable time frame , I even offered to return unopened items for a refund and they told me they could not do that. Overall terrible company. Do not recommend!!!! Products aren’t that good. And there is no number to contact you can only message them.

They kept taking my money despite me cancelling the subscription. Had to take it up with customer service and was told not to worry they went ahead and canceled my subscription but I couldn't get my money back even though I did not want their product and I canceled well within the time frame to do so.

I have subscribed since December 2017. I subscribe for a full year to get the best price. This box has never, ever disappointed me. The box & presentation are nice as well.
