I ordered on December 28th and still have no shipping info. They have also autocharged January and there is no info on that order either. I’m waiting one more week and then cancelling this sub. I emailed over a week ago and never heard back. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

I have to chime in that my costumer service experience with them has been fairly good. They always respond (sometimes with some nudging) and have been able to settle a lot of issues I had.

Great deal! I love those earrings. I’ve been eyeing this box for awhile, but it’s hard to commmit to a 1 item box, that I might not like. But with this offer, I’m guaranteed an item I like for $28 (with the code), plus another item! Although I have liked the last 6 or so items… 😊

Their CS is so unbelievably bad and refuses to do the right thing. Even tho the jewelry is pretty it’s so not worth the headaches.
