Pur-Lisse Blue Lotus 4-in-1 Eye Adore Serum – FULL SIZE! Value $65
I've sampled this eye serum before thanks to Ipsy, and I really like it. The formula is refreshing and gentle - a must for my sensitive under-eye skin!
GloMinerals Suede Matte Stick - FULL SIZE! Value $16
(Colors will vary)
Beauty Fix sent this item out in December, too. This lipstick goes on smoothly without the drying effect that some matte lipsticks can have. It has a lot of pigment as well. Here it is swatched:
Nick Chavez Advanced Volume Hairspray - 2 oz Value $9
This is definitely one of those hairsprays that you can feel in your hair, but it works and it smells good, so those are the hairspray tradeoffs!
Danielle Creations Gold-Plated Eyelash Curler - Value $10
24K plated gold?! I'm a fan of gold accessories, so I guess this was made for me!
Revita.Cor Hair Stimulating Conditioner - 100 ml value $16.50
Beauty Fix sent out the shampoo counterpart to this conditioner in the January box, so I guess they want you to have a set ... eventually!
BeautyFix sends out more hair growth products than any other beauty box I subscribe to. This isn’t something I need currently, so I’ll be passing it along to someone else.
Lashfood Phyto Medic Natural Eyelash Enhancer - .017 oz Value $13.75
This product gets some great and some no-so-great reviews on Sephora. (It seems like either it works for you or it doesn't). I tried this once before thanks to a subscription box from a while ago and I didn't see any results, but I'm thinking I need to try it for a longer period of time to see whether or not it works for me.
Skinceuticals A.G.E. Eye Complex - Sample (no size listed)
I like that this formula is fragrance-free, it does have several parabens listed in the ingredients, though. So, I'm glad I didn't fall in love with it in one use! (And falling in love with a $92 eye cream would be pricey, too!)
Verdict: This box has a value of about $130 (not counting the Skinceuticals sample). I think BeautyFix almost always delivers a great value compared to the cost, and they did that again this month. Some of the items were repeats, though, so this wasn't a super fun box for me. The Pur-lisse eye serum saved the box in my opinion - I'm still putting this one in the win column!
