Along with my beauty items, I received an info card that details what items are in the box. This month's theme is "Muse"! April may quite possibly be my favorite month, because it's my birthday month! (Aries tap in!) Muse is such a fitting theme this month because I truly do feel goddess energy big time, and am hoping for items that can enhance that creative, artsy goddess in me!
Peony Butterfly Lip Scrub, 7ml – Listed Value $16.00

We're starting our Muse month with this yummy, smell good lip scrub. We've said goodbye to dry winter months and hello to warmer spring months, which means softer, more moisturized lips! Let this product keep your lips exfoliated and soft. This buttery salve, mixed with tiny sugar granules, gently buffs away dead skin and makeup residue on lips.
I wanted to make sure I could capture the consistency of this product on camera, but I put way too much on :-/. You only need a pea size amount. I loved the fruity smell of the scrub, and the product melts into lips leaving them soft and with a slight shine.

Coming up next is this nude nail polish beauty. I'm an acrylic girl, but this review caught me on a "I need a new full set" day, and I was able to test it on my nails!
I'm such a classic, nude type of gal, so this color is right up my alley! I am a horrible nail painter, so please don't let my messy application be a deterrent when considering buying this polish, haha. The color is beautiful and the product is thick, allowing me to believe it will really hold up for the 2 weeks.

This shimmery raspberry shadow is bringing all the Goddess Muse energy this month! It's a color that can be worn any season, at casual or more upscale events, and seems as though it would be a great shade on all complexions.

Really digging this pinky-iridescent full coverage gloss! The consistency is thick and moisturizing, with no annoying stickiness. I delight in pleasantly fragrant lippies, and this one gives off a soft shea butter/cookie scent that I adore.

The pink hint was faint on my lips, which I preferred! Now I can wear it with more items in my wardrobe than originally thought.
Medusa's Lovely Human Body Spray, 15 ml – Retail Value $14.00
We're ending our "Muse"-themed box with an exclusive item from Medusa's Makeup! This is my first time ever trying perfume from Medusa, and I was not disappointed. The retro floral designed label is adorbs, and the smell of jasmine, vanilla and citrus is a nose's dream. It's soft and sweet. This product has entered my daily scents rotation!
Verdict
Our "Muse"-themed box this month was so delightful! The lip scrub smelled yummy and made my lips feel soft, the nail polish is one of my favorite colors, the eyeshadow made me feel like a true baddie, the lip gloss kept my lips popping all day, and the body spray was a nice introduction to Medusa's perfume. Another winner for Medusa's Makeup!
