FabFitFun Flash Sale: Start a Second Subscription, Get a Free Summer Box

Has anyone gotten their coupon code for the free box? I signed up on Monday and didn’t get it yet.

I’m confuse because customer service just told me it wasn’t customizable, but they also told me that the free coupon is actually starting a seasonal membership and then you are getting the first box free? So that’s what is confusing and if I started a new subscription you would think you’d get customization…

It sounds as if this should be “Start a Seasonal Subscription, Get a Second Summer Box.”

The “second seasonal subscription” language implies people would be getting three boxes (they’d have to buy TWO seasonal boxes to get the BOGO deal). That…would be a lot of boxes. 😅

So..three boxes? I can barely cope with one and all the stuff I end up shoving into my poor hall closet. (Remember that roundie from eons ago? Still there, unopened, underneath a bunch of unopened costume jewelry and foot creams and hair products…anyway the list goes on). I like the summer box but there’s no way I would want more than one. Already my family members are starting to edge away from me now when they see me pull out my “Hey, how would you like a …?” FFF rejects.

“Free Summer Box only available to new members purchasing Seasonal Subscription. Cannot be combined with other offers. You will receive an email with a separate, exclusive code for the second (free) box within 24 hours to the same email address attached to your new membership. Person redeeming the free box must sign up for a new Seasonal Subscription.”

New subscribers get a code for a second box, to give it as a gift to someone else, that will get the first box for free in a new subscription.

They must have a lot of leftover products. There are certainly questions. Would everyone get the same summer box? Would it be customizable? It might be sent before seasonals can customize, I don’t know the timing on that. I wonder if they considered doing a 50% off sale, or a two-for-one sale, but didn’t want to alienate earlier subscribers with an offer like that.

I signed up through a MSA coupon in the past and the coupon defaulted to a lesser coupon. I contacted FFF and they said the coupon on MSA was not valid. I believe MSA was stating there was a mystery box worth $150 but it defaulted to $20 in the add on shop. I had even signed up with a new email.
I would be careful with these coupons.

Perhaps is it for those who canceled their subscription, to reactivate it and get 2 boxes, then they’ll be enrolled in 2 subscriptions? My guess – I’m confused as well lol

The way I read it, this is not a perk for existing members. It’s for a new seasonal subscriber who will be automatically enrolled with a second seasonal sub when redeeming the coupon. So it’s for a new subscriber to add a second sub with a free summer box. I suppose if you’re an existing subscriber and you were thinking of adding a seasonal second subscription, this deal would get you, technically, a third sub that you’d have to cancel after the free box. Had to read it three times, myself.

How can it be for new subscribers only if you’re adding on a subscription? Can msa clarify w fff?

Confused also – I was thinking to get a second seasonal box already… I tried clicking on the links to see if I could get more information and it just took me to my account…

Anyone else confused by this? What do you mean by second subscription? I can only seem to have one sub per email address. Where would you imput the emailed code?

Do you already have to have a subscription with them and add on a second subscription or can you use this code as a first time subscriber?
