How does it work?

reFills is available during the Select and Seasonal windows (dates listed below) in the Customization flow. Pick the product you want, and we’ll automatically replenish it for you every season. The product ships with your box, so you just set it and forget it. And by signing up for reFills, you’re getting the product at an incredible price (between 55%-75% off the retail value).

When does it open?

You can access reFills during the below dates:

• Opens on Friday, October 30 at 9 a.m. PT
• Closes on Monday, November 2 at 11:59 p.m. PT

Seasonal Access

• Opens on Friday, November 13 at 9 a.m. PT
• Closes on Monday, November 16 at 11:59 p.m. PT

What items will be available?

We’re launching with three moisturizers, and will expand into more categories in the future! For our launch, we’re featuring the most commonly used products in everyday skin care routines: moisturizers. You can pick the moisturizer that fits your skin type, so you’ll find an option that’s perfect for your needs.

We’re super excited about this new program and as mentioned above, we’re going to expand into different categories in upcoming seasons. In Spring 2021 we’ll have serums and cleansers! Have any suggestions for future reFills products?

Can I choose more than one reFill item?

Yes, you may purchase multiple reFill products, as well as, multiple quantities! Please note, a maximum quantity of 3 per item will be available, while supplies last.

How often will I receive my reFills?

Since these items ship with your seasonal box, you will receive your replenishments about every 3 months!

How do I cancel reFills?

You can cancel your reFill item(s) at any time on the My Box page until the end of your Customization window. Any cancellations made after Customization closes will go into effect for the next season.

Note, if you cancel your FabFitFun membership, any active reFill subscriptions will be canceled as well.
