Rains Rucksack - Retail value $95.00

FYI: this bag measures: (H) 16” x (W) 11”

I had Will in mind when I selected this rucksack. He works for your favorite delivery service but also is on call most of the week for investigative work for our county. Needless to say, he is ALWAYS on the move. His county gig requires him to haul around his laptop to record scene photos and notes and this time of year it is really wet and nasty outside. I loved the idea of a lightweight and waterproof option for his laptop that didn't add any more bulk than necessary since he also has to haul around an emergency kit. This bag totally delivers on being waterproof and effortless. His 15 inch MacBookPro fits in easily and with room to spare, even inside its hardshell case. I don't know that this would work for a laptop that was larger though. There is a sturdy snap outside the flap to make sure nothing escapes but also that rain doesn't get inside and the straps are adjustable with a buckle. If he needs to organize smaller items and cords, there are minimal sleeves inside. Another plus is that although this backpack is made out of waterproof polyurethane, the back is a breathable cloth that feels more like a canvas, so you won't have a sweaty "backpack back" situation. (No one wants that.)

He did mention that he wishes the straps were longer, but Will was also that kid in school who wore his Jansport practically dragging on the floor. These straps keep the bag right between the shoulder blades where it should be. They are also adjustable so you can slouch a little, but don't expect it to droop too low! At the longest setting, the straps measure about 27 inches.

Verdict: I am loving Will's new backpack from this Bespoke Post selection. I am actually super tempted to order a second one since I already want to borrow his indefinitely. This pack comes in a few different shades offered through BP, so we could totally coordinate. It's a great bag for keeping your electronics dry on the go and the minimal Scandinavian design is totally in line with how minimal and straightforward Will's accessories tend to be. Buying this bag through Bespoke Post also saved us about $40 before shipping, which is huge savings and a big win.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yep! You can still choose from black, green, and beige.

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

I’m so confused by Bespoke Post– I never see the cool boxes, like this one. This doesn’t show up for me unless I search for it. No idea why! Same with Wick.

On the 1st of the month MSA usually posts a bunch of boxes. That’s how I find different boxes than what come up for me. Then do a search of the box name and it will pop up.

That’s what I think I’ll need to do. Thanks, guys!

Hi Carrie! I usually end up searching for most of the boxes I choose if that helps. I try to search by things or materials I find cool or things that I know Will needs. Hope this helps!

You always find the best boxes that I never see. I want this bag for myself but in grey which, unfortunately, is sold out. Hopefully it comes back in stock.
This month I chose “Wick” which is 4 candles from Ash & Fir. All the scents are amazing and right up my alley.

I had no idea Beskope had this! I looked at getting this on other sites in the super fun colors they have prior to this review. If someone was super petite, think 5’3”, would this be too huge as a gift? I ask because the company makes a mini version.

I don’t think it would be too big at all! It’s a smaller bag to begin with when compared to what most of us imagine as a backpack. 🙂
