You are receiving this message because you have an active POPSUGAR Must Have box subscription that, according to our records, currently has one or more remaining unused prepaid Must Have box credits (“Box Credits”).Our summer box will be our final POPSUGAR Must Have box, so we are reaching out to let you know how you can redeem your outstanding box credits!

How It Works

Any additional remaining credits will be refunded to the credit card that you used to purchase your POPSUGAR Must Have box subscription.

We’ve got you covered! You can choose to redeem one Must Have box credit and have it applied to your next CURATEUR box. Any additional remaining Must Have box credits will be refunded to the credit card that you used to purchase your POPSUGAR Must Have box subscription.

Alternatively, you can choose to receive a full refund for all of your remaining prepaid Must Have boxes. Again, this refund will appear on the credit card that you used to purchase your POPSUGAR Must Have box subscription.

    • Same here and they won’t respond to any messages I’ve submitted.

      • Me too! I have 2 boxes left and they never sent me the 1st email with the Curateur choice and I’ve sent them about 10 messages since then all without response. I feel like they are ripping us off at this point. So unprofessional.

  2. I just got my refund on my credit card.
    I starting sending them emails every month and requested refund and not the box. I had 4 credits due. So my suggestion is that emailing them may speed up the process.
    I loved the boxes!

  3. I never got the stupid email even though I have 3 credits left. I’ve emailed them 3x without response and am beyond frustrated. At this point it is a breach of contract as they haven’t at least with me addressed a refund or any alternate and they refuse to respond to my emails. Grrrrrr

  4. I also am disappointed that Pop Sugar is ending. But I did receive an email stating I won a Popsugar Skintimate box. It was a contest they held a few months ago. The curation is nice and I look forward to receiving it did anyone here win in that contest??

  5. Hmmm, did the company that acquired PS also buy BOS… I mean curateur? I was wondering about the name change – it seems like maybe they’re trying to slowly distance from RZ. This is probably the first BOS that I am not at all interested in buying… even at a major discount. Usually RZ offers an item or two (beauty or fashion) that looks cool or lux but not this time.

  6. I selected the full refund. I did wonder if you selected the box if it means that you are signed up for future boxes.
    I loved the pop sugar boxes ! Well done quality items!

  8. Wow! I remember a few years ago when Popsugar was all the rage! I haven’t subscribed for a while, but wow, I can’t believe they are ending.

  9. If you choose to go with Rachel Zoe, be very careful. Their service is not good. I cancelled my sub directly with their customer service after several days of not being able to access their website. Flash forward, the person never cancelled my sub and I had to go through it all again. Between that and issues with my boxes in the past, I’d just beware.

    • Maybe it has changed now that the box has been rebranded? I contacted customer service two days ago because a product was missing from my box, and they responded the next day offering to ship that product to me. As of today it’s already on the way. I was surprised at how quickly the problem was resolved! Maybe I was just lucky?

      • Which item was missing? Mine came with a card that said the skin product wasn’t available yet but would be shipped later.

      • My guess is they rebranded because BOS has an F rating on BBB. Soooo, change the name and all the negative reviews and customer service problems just go away like magic. There were times I was tempted to subscribe, but the comments here and the BBB, kept me from doing it. So be very careful with them until they prove themselves trustworthy.

  10. I do not really like the items in the other box so I will most likely not choose that however I have 2 box credits and also I have store credit I never used it didn’t mention what will happen to our store credit so I need to email them I guess.

  11. I for one am super disappointed in PopSugar. Loved them for years and then they didn’t respond with information for MONTHS despite multiple requests. Yes, their method of refund appears easy but could they not have let us know in June, July and August?? Left a very bad taste in my mouth.

  12. I had two credits so I opted to get the Curateur and the remaining credit to my card. I like how they did the refund.

  13. I have two credits remaining but didn’t receive an email. I sent them a message, I hope they will respond.

  14. I just got my last PS box, and really loved everything in it, especially the Farmacy serum. Sad to see this box go. I didn’t have credits, but wouldn’t have wanted the Curateur box with the big plastic purse anyway.

    • The purse was actually much nicer than I was expecting. It will make an excellent laptop bag that’s a little more fashionable than the nylon work-issued one. The jewelry wasn’t really to my taste at all but I sold it so no biggie.

  15. I think it’s cool that they gave this option but left a credit card refund as the default if the customer doesn’t make a choice. Well done, Popsugar. I’ve seen other companies do super shady things. I hope we see LE boxes from Popsugar in the future.

    • I’d be a happy camper if all they did were the men and women’s LE holiday boxes in December.

    • Unfortunately, they have already said no more boxes of any kind. No Neiman Marcus, no LE.

  16. I went with the refund on my credit card. Curateur this season has nothing I need or want this season.

  17. What happened if we had a referral credit? Can that be transferred or refunded?

    • I’m wondering that, as well!

    • Since referral credit is not money you actually paid to them, then they have no obligation to compensate anyone for this.
