This made me laugh, I was looking on their website before and one of the little feature things was a blurb about their ‘unparalleled customer service’… Well I guess maybe getting back to people a fortnite later with a canned response is unparalleled but maybe not in the meaning they intend…

Hi Sam,

Thank you for this honest feedback and we want you to know that we are listening!

We have recently hired additional Customer Support Representatives and are actively hiring more to assist with our response time and delays. Also, we are happy to announce that we are in the process of switching fulfillment centers! As GlobeIn continues to grow, we needed to find a new facility that can handle the additional monthly shipments in a more efficient manner with less damages. This move will tremendously improve shipping issues in the coming months! We expect to have your boxes out on time, prevent damages, and not have any missing items.

We hope this helps explain how GlobeIn is working to improve as a company. If you have any additional questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].

Thank you,
The GlobeIn Team

That pitcher and those glasses are gorgeous! I also adore Mexico so I am actually kinda tempted by this one…

I no longer subscribe, but in the past getting a single glass/mug was not atypical. The picture shows 2 glasses, the description says glass, and the price of said “glass” feels like a set. I hope for those who pick it, it is indeed the set, as it would be a pleasant change of pace for this sub.

Yup LJ! I agree with you 100%! You hit the nail right on the head. I was looking at the second box and thinking that the first box had so much more in it. But now that you say that it reminds me of my subscription with them a couple years ago and they only sent one glass and you would have to try and find a matching 1 (or 3, or whatever) when they had a sale. Plus, knowing how small wine glasses traditionally are, that pitcher looks like it wouldn’t hold very much. Unless for some reason you were wanting to pour your bottle of wine in there to then pour in the glasses… Lol lol!
