I shopped the very first day around 8pm and it wasnt even an option and didnt show the Oasis box was sold out. Then the next day I saw that it was an option that was sold out. Was very confused since that was the box I was going to choose. I skipped this month and hoping to get the Oasis box next month. Crossing my fingers.

The customer service for this box is deplorable. I have many different sub boxes and this one has been the worst “service” I’ve ever experienced. They charge but don’t send items, don’t reply to emails, it’s such a headache.

We have recently hired additional Customer Support Representatives and are actively hiring more to assist with our response time and delays. Also, we are happy to announce that we are in the process of switching fulfillment centers! As GlobeIn continues to grow, we needed to find a new facility that can handle the additional monthly shipments in a more efficient manner with less damages. This move will tremendously improve shipping issues in the coming months! We expect to have your boxes out on time, prevent damages, and not have any missing items.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I’ve had two broken or defective items which they refunded for very quickly. I’ve had a very good experience with their customer service.

I just chose the boho box, since I love the planter. I had a credit from last month, so I was excited to see the covered woven baskets. i have several of them. They are so beautiful and well made. They are great as an accent piece and have tons of storage.

Oasis box was already sold out yesterday and the theme choice isn’t supposed to open until today. Bummer

6 month and 12 month subscribers get to choose a day early. I tried to pick Oasis yesterday but it had sold out. Hopefully they have it available again next month.

Host colorful is also sold out now.
