I was charged for a tumbler +$6 shipping after clearing out my cart on Saturday for the edit. I was shocked since I never added the tumbler to begin with. Then this morning I get a shipping notice. I got on chat to see what was going on and they acted clueless and after “investigating” offered a refund of 50% of the price. I was adamant that I never even put the tumblers in my cart. Lo and behold I go to the forum and the same thing happened to a lotttt of people with the same tumblers. Only after sending the forum links did the person on chat say they’d refund me, and of course acting like they did me a favor. I find it so ridiculous that after so many complaints about the same thing, FFF can’t run a company- wide email so everyone is on the same page.

I cancelled FFF, so done with this box! There was a glitch w/ a issue on their end with my payment. Told me they would b sending me the summer edit box, I told them no I did not want that box as it has a lot of repeat items in it that I have & I wanted a refund & they refunded my money right away. I get my rose Nordic candle that I ordered as a add on & it was shattered! They gave me a refund for that also. I cancelled & will NEVER order from them a gain!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Just got my shipping confirmation for my Summer Editor’s box. My customizations were ignored, and I have tried to contact them with no response. I am normally an enthusiastic subscriber, but they seem to not care…at all…if they’re getting it right.
We’re in an uncertain phase of life, and some of us fit subscriptions into our budget despite unpredictability. Genuinely disappointed.

Did you double-check with CS about your items? My revealed items were all wrong, so I contacted CS, and they listed off all the items from the box that is already on its way to me, and they include my choices. It might just be a website glitch!

I agree I think there is a website glitch. My view box tab is all screwy. Several items missing, a few duplicates, it’s got to be a glitch. Im trying to give them a chance and waiting for my box to arrive. If anything is missing I’ll contact them.

Try their live chat! I used to send them emails and get nothing, but I find the live chat to be way more effective.

I completely agree my Summer box has “been in transit” with Federal Express “smart post” for over a month! FFF offered me half the cost of the box and half the cost of my add-ons as a “courtesy”! How is that courteous to take half my money and give me nothing! Their shipping is the worst! Please, to those who
are considering subscribing think twice. This company is a disaster!

FFF has had so many sales, yet have not sent subscription boxes that have been paid for, and I haven’t received the items that I bought in the sales, either. Come on, FFF! Stop taking money, only. That isn’t cool, at all! You need to provide the goods that people have purchased. What is it called, FFF, if I pay your company to send me something and you don’t send it to me? I’ll give you a hint, my credit card company calls it something that starts with the letter “F”.

Second time trying to post. FFF needs to take care of current subscribers before trying to add more. I do not even have tracking for my summer box and sale order that was paid for in May. Getting ridiculous.

Agreed! I spent way (!!!!!) too much on addons with my box. Then I stupidly bought from the sale right after. I’ve received a few things from the sale, still not received my box or addons or any news about the remaining items. I’m so angry with myself.
