Postmark'd Studio PostBox "Take a Leap" Review

Anne always sends a super cute little note in a tiny envelope.

Our customary blue postcard arrived this month too!

Lizard Card by Paper Wolf Design - Retail Value $5.00

Just look at this preshy little guy with his red hat and surfboard! SO cute. He arrives with an orange envelope that perfectly suits his board.

Annie Hastings Eastern Leopard Frog Card by Central & Gus - Retail Value $4.50

I am loving this critter theme. This lovely lady is sitting pretty inside a beautiful green teacup that just happens to match her envelope perfectly. I really love the sketchy colored pencil style of this illustration.

Some Bunny Loves You Card by Blackbird Press - Retail Value $6.50

I absolutely adore bunnies! This card is a cut-out style and has adjustable arms for a gift card or some cash. I think the vintage styling coupled with the red envelope is adorable.

Cheetah Card by Kinaloon - Retail Value $6.00

This is the sort of card I would probably mat and frame as a little art piece instead of mailing. I am a sucker for a pop of hot pink! The cheetah is beautifully silkscreened onto the pink paper and she arrives with a coordinating hot pink envelope.

Whale Postcard by Modern Nature Art

This card has such a crisp and minimal line drawing style. It is perfect for dropping a quick note to a fellow wildlife lover.

Colored Pencil Set

I tend to hoard art supplies (and go through them quickly!) but I have been lacking in the colored pencil department lately. I am really digging these black pencils with just the pop of color from the shade itself. In addition to looking edgy and cool, these are of pretty great quality, with smooth and highly pigmented payoff.

Origami Frog

Also in this month's delivery was a very cute origami frog with a link to instructions to create your own.

Vintage Stamps

And here is our monthly envelope filled with vintage postage. Anne always includes a postage calculator for those of us who are mathematically challenged.

Verdict: This month's Postmark'd box was full of adorable little creatures and felt perfect for Easter and spring in general. I also love how each card had its own pop-of-color envelope. Adding even more to all the colors was an awesome set of colored pencils I have already used a few times in my daily sketchbook. This subscription is so charming and well-curated that if you are a snail mail enthusiast, you should absolutely check it out.

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

Consistently awesome sub that I look forward to getting this so much each month. That bunny card is so adorable and I’m such a fan of anything that is letterpress. And I also enjoy that the reviews seem to be one month behind what I receive in the mail – that way I’m always completely surprised by what I receive, it’s such a treat. Wait until you see what’s in store for March! Another wonderful package and with a sweet personal note every month ❤️
