Rocksbox is a jewelry styling and renting service. Members pay a flat rate every month to get unlimited access to the Rocksbox collection and the option to buy the pieces they love most at a discounted price. Upon subscribing, you'll take a "style survey" so Rocksbox can suggest jewelry pieces that fit your style. You can also browse their catalog and add pieces to your wishlist. Each month, Rocksbox will curate sets of three pieces to send your way, including at least one piece from your wishlist.
Try on the items from the box and wear them as long as you'd like. From there, you have two choices. If you love any of the pieces enough to want to keep them, you can put your monthly "Shine Credit" towards your purchase.
Or, if you're ready for another style, return your box using the free shipping label and reusable envelope you got with your shipment. Shortly after, you'll get a brand new box of jewelry to enjoy!

A free return shipping label is also at the bottom of the box.
FYI: The outer envelope that Rocksbox ships inside doubles as a return shipping envelope! Be careful as you cut it open—there's a second adhesive strip that can be used to reseal the envelope for its trip back.

Dusk Allegra Huggies - Retail Value $70.00, Member Price $59.00
These little huggie hoops feel very special. Bedecked by multi-colored rose-cut stones, they form a very pretty blue, brown, and green palette. Smaller hoops like this are one of my favorite styles because you can layer, mix, and match them for a custom look.

SLATE Montana Earrings - Retail Value $55.00, Member Price $46.00
I knew these earrings would be mine from the second I opened their pouch. I was drooling. They tick so many boxes for me: modern sculptural design, solid construction, and appropriate for both day and night. They are also heavy enough to feel very well made and light enough to feel great on all day. I happened to have about $41 worth of credits stocked up, so these were very easy to commit to purchasing.

I loved the length of this necklace and specifically the gorgeous color, which reminded me of the sea. It also looked really great with my cream sweater and dusty tan top!
The Verdict: Well, I finally caved and bought a piece of jewelry from Rocksbox. I am beyond smitten with my new earrings! Everything this month was well made and something I would totally wear. I absolutely love that I can try out new looks and wear certain trends that I may not feel like totally investing in as a purchase, but with the option of buying a little something if I do!
