Ok, these are a little bizarre. Basically, you slide the U-shaped device against your tongue to scrape any yuckies off of it. These are said to be more effective than toothbrushes for tongue cleaning because you can clean the entire tongue in one or 2 swipes. I am not totally convinced. This pack came with 2, so I gave one to Will who was admittedly much more enthused than I was. He was legitimately way into this! I don’t see myself making this a regular daily change, but at least I received something I have never, ever seen before in a box, and Will is all about the tongue cleaner lifestyle now.
Verdict: MightyBody was certainly unique this month. Will and I have totally different feelings about it, but in a subscription where every item is a total mystery, this is to be expected every so often! I am kind of disappointed in the retail total this month, but let’s see how we do next time!

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.
I’ve been using a tongue scraper for years – they’re amazing.
The metal is not sharp at all, and scrapes the same way you would scrape a spoon on your tongue, for example. It seriously makes a huge difference in how your mouth feels, and gets more of the funky tongue gunk off than just brushing.
I have been using a tongue cleaner from India for over forty years before they reached the west. They are so effective and keep the mouth fresh and I wouldn’t be without it. I still have it after all these years. I think the idea turns people off,so use it, Megan, you won’t regret it!
Nope. There is no way my mouth wants a metal scraper in it. Even the thought of this makes me cringe. My trusted dentist could say this works 100% of the time and I still wouldn’t be able to do it.
Don’t laugh at this. My DDS recommended this. My dental health has improved. There is a layer of white gunk on your tongue that brushing cannot get this rid of. It is gross, and is one of the reasons for bad breath.
My two cents.
True. My dentist in Manhattan tells me that I have some of the best dental hygiene mouths that he’s seeing, and he’s one of the tops in the entire country. I use a copper one when I first wake up and when brushing and flossing.
My dad uses one of these. Heโs had the same tongue scraper for the past 20+ years lol

I really hope I get this in my bag this month! They are supposed to be really good for oral health

I think all of you have convinced me. Will never could, but you all did! ๐ I will give it another go!

Give them another go, these things are incredible.
I’m like Will and would have been excited about this! ๐
