This is my husband's favorite subscription that I review, and tools like this are a big reason why. He loves having a stash of these super bright LED lanterns around the house, especially in the winter when we sometimes lose power. He plans on keeping this mini version outside in our chicken coop so he can check on them at night when needed. This lanterns small size makes it a great source of light to stash in your car, basement, really anywhere! My only complaint is that I wish this one came with batteries, as I had to steal them out of our remote control. Gotta do what you have to do!
Paracord Cleats - Retail Value $4.99
This little pair of aluminum paracord cleats was also a big hit with Will. These handy cleats can be used to cut paracord and rope, as well as being used to stabilize loads instead of using knots and cinch tarps. They are made out of aluminum, which makes them lightweight but incredibly tough. They are super easy to slide onto your keychain for quick access or stash them in your kit or glovebox.

Of course, with our cleats, we also get a super reflective orange paracord! This stuff is heavy duty, and incredibly helpful to have on hand for camping, hiking, or even just loading furniture onto your car or truck from your recent Ikea trip. This bundle comes with a handy branded carabiner.
Gorilly Goods Baja - Spicy Lime Pumpkin Seeds + Cilantro - Estimated Value $2.58 (Buy 12 packs for $30.99)
I didn't expect to like these because I was a little scared of the chili pepper aspect. I really am a huge baby when it comes to spicy food! The cilantro and lime flavors won me over, and I adore pumpkin seeds, so I decided to throw caution to the wind. I am glad I did because these were delicious! There isn't a ton of lime, but the freeze-dried cilantro gives the seeds such a great flavor. There is a tiny bit of heat on the end of each chew, but nothing this baby couldn't handle. I love that this snack is raw and all natural, and is a nice little dose of mid-day protein powder (11 grams!).
Verdict: Nomadik is a monthly box both myself and my husband eagerly look forward to. With spring coming up, we are already planning camping and fishing trips, and I love that this box always includes useful items to make our trip more enjoyable and safer. We both loved the mini-lantern, and it has already been used a few times for late night trips to the yard for the chickens or potty breaks for the dogs. Will is a little bit of a paracord hoarder, so he was thrilled with a new bundle and the included cleats. I enjoyed the pumpkin seeds right before a trip to the gym and they were a satisfying energy boost that I really appreciated. This box has a retail value of around $44.06, which isn't a huge leap over the $37.94 (including shipping) cost, but it the consistently useful surprises make this box a winner for myself and Will.
