  1. I just don’t see anything here I must have, not even for $30. I can see why they are discounted and difficult to sell out. I’ve never been tempted by any fff boxes and don’t understand why they are raved about. I.just.don’t.get.it

  2. Are all selection options still there for the items seasonal and not annual subscribers get to choose from? I’d hate to be charged and find out I can’t make any choices.

    • Nope just tried today. All customization is closed for new seasonal members, even if you try to chat customer service.

  3. FFF has morphed into one of the shadiest sub box companies…deceptive advertising, aggressive sales tactics, difficult to cancel and a next to nothing return policy. Customers need to rely on the CS agent’s “good will” to make things right.

    After subbing for a 2 years, I’m finding my throw or giveaway bin is filled with FFF items. They’ve come out as having the lowest quality skincare and makeup products. The lifestyle products have been dollar store quality and the jewelry is Equivalent to Claire’s quality.

    I don’t knock thrift or discount stores…however, FFF markets their contents as luxury, like they’re from Neiman’s or Saks.

    I spend that money now on other boxes, even if I only sub for a single box prior to cancelling. (Allure, beauty heroes, gq, bespoke, new beauty test tube, boxy…).

    • I canceled my subscription before the Winter box after being subscribed for 3 years. I have bins of FFF stuff but the increasing shipping delays ultimately made me cancel.

  4. It would be nice if subscribers were given the chance to make a one time purchase of a second box at a discounted price.. I mean, I would totally buy another one..

    • Use a different email address and sign up again. Then cancel your seasonal subscription

  5. I really, really love most of the items in this box. Unfortunately due to FFF’s terrible customer service (I subscribed, was locked out of my account, charged multiple times and was told it was my fault.) I won’t be buying from them.

    That being said, if someone doesn’t want their box and it has the items I like, I’d be happy to buy whole or part or the box

  6. I am really upset with fff. I cancelled awhile ago. Last week I logged in, which means I resubscribed. When i saw i didnt really like the box, i immediately cancelled. In that few minutes, my card was charged unbeknowst to me until i get an email today saying Im getting my box tomorrow. Im going to put a stop on my cc and return. Anyone else have this happen?

    • There was some discussion on another thread about some people getting charged just for visiting the site and logging in. Sorry I don’t remember which one. Someone needs to take that to the BBB if FFF isn’t doing anything about it. That’s just wrong!

      • I agree it needs to at least ask if you want to resub!! That just is plain crooked of FFF.
        I’m not happy with them as the throw is really not what I expected. I got it out and put it right back in. It’s what I subscribed for.
        Usually the only up to acrylic is the softness – not on this one! Just feels scratchy/acrylicy and thing.

      • That happened to me last night! I tried to log in and it told me I already had a password.. I never even got logged in and I wanted to use a newer email address so I set that account up and confirmed my order. a few minutes later they emailed my old login email saying welcome to FFF and then another email that was an order confirmation. ?!?! Then they emailed me today saying they need my shipping address for that order. And of course I got the order confirmation on my new account too. Every time I open their website it is just another order page. I can’t even get to my account to reset password to try and cancel or anything. Super annoying!

    • This is it!!! I was wondering why my Fall box was sent out when I cancelled it a while back.
      I logged in, didn’t like it and turned back. and get a surprise in my credit card.
      Where is the thread. If anyone needs a head count on this, you can add me in.

    • FFF sent me an email with links to discussion threads on their forum. I thought this was weird because I’ve only posted on their forum once and I didn’t renew my seasonal subscription to get the Winter Box. I clicked on the link and logged in to read one of the discussion posts. I wasn’t charged for this probably because the credit card I used for my seasonal subscription was cancelled due to fraud and I replaced it with a prepaid card that has about a $2 (lol) on it now. But, this is a lesson to me – – no more FFF logins for me. This is too shady.

  7. Question: I got the winter box as a first timer seasonal and I want to upgrade to annual, when do I do that in order to get the Spring box and not the Winter box again?

    • I think you can upgrade at any time and the spring box would be your next box since you already got winter, but personally, I would wait until they offer an add-on credit to upgrade. I think they do it before each season and it’s either $15 or $20.

  8. Did anyone else use an empty FFF box to mail a Christmas gift? I used the summer box to mail a Christmas gift to a friend.

    • I use the empty FFF boxes to ship care packages to my daughter & her college roommates! She loves receiving the fun designs instead of a plain box.

    • I do that with the Cat Lady boxes. Scares the h e c k out of the recipient, LOL.

    • I’ve used several prior boxes to mail gifts to my mom.
      The winter box now holds my husband’s new Polo robe, but I need to wrap it ( grrr).

      One of his other presents went into the Popsugar empty box, LOL. He already knows, because I was afraid he’d be a bit alarmed if he opened women’s boxes. Again, have to wrap both, but didn’t want him to worry about the outer boxes. 😉

    • I don’t mail the boxes but I use all my sub boxes to make boxes for several of my family members. The items I’ve received all year that I don’t use make nice personal boxes for several people. It helps me justify keeping many subs.

    • I don’t think the editor’s box will be out until this winter box sells out.

      • She means the edit sale, not the editor’s box.
