Let’s not ignore the other issues of Ricky’s Cult Crushes. Fulfilling new subscribers while long time subscribers had to wait additional weeks to receive their box was a bad move. The unprofessional responses by whomever was in charge of their Instagram account is another issue. Continuing to charge a credit card that had been removed as a method of payment from Ricky’s system-happened to numerous customers(myself included). People were upset for many reasons other than just not receiving a palette.

That is sad because when i subscribed through Alexandria channel she made it a point to address that this box was different from all of the others and that if you wanted a bix like allure or boxycharm this wasnt it. I dont understand why so many pepple are made when they were never interested in the cult crushes box until they seen the palettes. Its sad how some people react when they dont get their ways. I can admit i dont like everything that come in some of my subscription boxes, but that is the chance you take when you subscribe to these boxes. Instead of being cturel just unsubscribe or call customer service and give them a chance to rectify the situation. Honestly the things i dont like i gift them to someone who may like them more than i do. I can honestly say that i like cult crushes and will miss their subscription box because im an odd ball but i loke the products. Its sad that they will be going. Hopefully they will come back… because i think their box was fun and gave away some different products that everyone else.

I wouldn’t want anyone to someone send me a whole pallet of anything. /S

I can never figure out why not cancel if unhappy??? Dont think this sub did annual option.

Lisa, I checked this shade against my “be the boss” pop sugar gloss (a definite repurchase) and pretty close. This popsugar is pretty close as a nude for me, a bit frosty if too much but really works on its own. We will see I rarely get a lip color of anything works!

Can you pause…I thought this was their last box?

I started using lip liners to change up these nudes that are anything but on me. Some of the formulas I like and I was gifting them to my friends son girlfriend. She was artfully applying lip liner to a shade I gifted her and it changed the color dramaticaly and I told her it looks totally different now. She says, yeah I hate nudes. So learned something after gifting 6 or 7 liquid lips/lipsticks. Now I line my lips almost fully . 🙂 with liners that I live and use a thin layer over . I likee

I would love if you would do limited edition cult favorites boxes. Even seasonally or themed! Kinda like sephora does.

I think having Alexandria Ryan curate the last box was an incredibly smart move make! She is my favorite YouTuber and so many people on MSA adore her. I can’t wait to see what you come back with! I definitely can’t wait for my September box! Good luck Ricky’s Cult Crushes!
