I would not recommend this box if you have ordered before. They claim to have different versions of the boxes but the second box I received (different version) was a 100% duplicate of the box I ordered for Christmas.
Every item was the same except the hat was blue instead of black. Otherwise the items were the same. Tervis mug with handle, mints, pennant, t shirt. All identical to the previous box.
Notified customer service and they will issue a refund after they receive their box back. They did issue a return label but the rewards points I used will not be refunded.

I’m very sorry to hear that. We change the products in our boxes every 6-months and our special edition boxes – Father’s Day, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup – are all brand new items. I apologize if that wasn’t your experience. It may have been an error at the warehouse or some other issue.
Also, you should have received a full refund of rewards points if you used them to make the purchase. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please e-mail [email protected] with your name and e-mail address. We will make sure this is taken care of.
