Got this box for Christmas, OMG i love it so much! I am a huge sports fan and this was fantastic! Now just make a Bama Box and I am yours for life!

I got a Fanchest for my little brother's birthday, he goes to UT. He loved it. He got an awesome soft tee that he was so excited about, some other things, and something really cool and different was a UT emblazoned neck pillow for traveling. Love this box!

FANCHEST was a stellar purchase. I was surprised by how much gear came in the box. Top quality hat that I wear pretty much every day. Definitely going to order a few of these for the holidays for my family since they're impossible to shop for. It's like a bunch of presents within a present. Highly recommend.

I couldn't be more happy with Fanchest and their New York Rangers mystery boxes I've ordered over the last year. It always like Christmas morning when that box arrives not knowing what's inside but whatever it is will be amazing. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Fanchest. Everything was packaged beautifully and the gear was SUPER. I will absolutely be ordering more as gifts. This company has the best customer service. I ordered (4) boxes for gifts for my friends and family, they were all very surprised and happy with the items that arrived. They shipped on the date I was told and arrived quickly. I definitely will be buy more for birthdays and holidays - they put such good thought into assembling the package that people think that I hand picked everything for them!

I ordered 2 of these for Christmas. They sent an email with tracking. Only 1 arrived. I wrote them questioning it, because 1 box, 1 tracking etc...I reached out before Christmas, because I had 2 different teams, one for my husband and 1 for a son. I was told they wouldn't be able to get it to me before Christmas. I asked if they could overnight it, being I never received. I ordered these, and "they" were shipped on Dec 8th. I was told, it would arrive on Dec 26 or 27th. I wrote once again on the 28th. I didn't hear back. On the 29th it finally arrived (Saturday...was told Wed or Thurs). On Monday (Dec 31st) I finally got a reply, that it WAS delivered on Sat the 29th. Yeah...I know it was FINALLY Delivered. I got no apologies, no discount...NOTHING. Awful. I will not ever order from here again. Oh, and both boxes, had a golden ticket, both of 15% off future order. But, everyone receives 15% future orders. Only good thing is that the products were decent quality.

Boy people will complain over ever little thing. It's call life nobody is perfect.
