It’s not clear whether we get to choose the colors or not, even in my email. I have two subs so even though I don’t need another beach bag, I do always use them and getting two will mean my girls will be happy. Does anyone know if or how we get to chose the color?

I don’t think we get to choose the color. Not only that but the wording of their email makes me wonder if we all will receive one. “Keep scrolling to see which one of the 5+ options you MIGHT find in your next Oui Please shipment!”

You’re right! I think they’ve been called out so many times they’ve adapted their wording! Just got the email for the perfume spoilers today. Again, no choice.

I was able to get a refund thru my credit card, even though I started the subscription for the unsent portion because they are not shipping as they are scheduled to ship and not sending the number of boxes per year that they say will ship in the subscription. I had initially contacted Oui Please who said they would credit my account but did not. This looks like a good box and I hope it works out, but I was very unhappy with their shipping and customer service. Bon chance!

Glad I got my refund for my boxes that haven’t been sent. Not missing any of these spoilers and I was able to buy LN items through eBay that I love instead. Not worth the poor customer service, lack of communication, and lack of follow thru on the items promised in boxes. Au revoir…

I don’t know how this company is still in business.. I cancelled my sub long before the shipping of first box, which was well within the cancellation window. They shipped the first box anyway, and would not give me the refund because the box was shipped. I had to dispute the charge thru my bank. I ended up getting full refund from the bank. Beware new subscribers!
