This is definitely a “sub at your own risk” box, but I have to say that I like the items I get a lot more than other boxes which is why I put up with their nonsense. When I visited a few villages in France I saw signs in restaurants that literally said “open when I get here.”that perfectly summarizes this box.

The wait would be okay if the items they then send are truly French items that cannot be found in the US or Canada. That doesn’t seem to be the case anymore and to top it off they assign outrageous values to items we can then purchase here for 1/5 or less of their quoted value.

No offense ladies but I am truly surprise why people still subbing this box. I always tempted but every time I come to look at the spoiler and read the comments, instead people marveling about spoilers it is endless complain about box and customer service. Needless to say I never sub it.

I’ve emailed several times and sent 2 FB messages but Ashley has not responded. I’m a longtime subscriber & I also ordered a Christmas special box for $120. It was supposed to have a Medium 1951 clutch but instead arrived with a tiny change purse. All I want is for them to send me the correct size and I can’t even get a simple response even though I’ve offered to send the original back. Frustrating that they won’t take care of long time subscribers and I currently have two, one year subscriptions!

How many inches WxH is the 1951 you received? The medium is only slightly bigger than a credit card case. The large is about the size of a pencil case. The XL is about the size of a book. I’ve also emailed them for months before I got any kind of response to problems I’ve had. But maybe you actually did get the medium size?

I think it’s about 3×5”. Frustrating they won’t reply.

I am still trying to get my 3.2 box. I have two subs that I share with my six daughters and I received the first one November 25, 2107. I asked “Ashley” where my second box was on November 29 and did not receive a reply to that one and five other emails. I finally got a reply from “Kris/Ashley” on January 23 apologizing for the issues with my order. I was told 3.2 would ship last week and I would receive a separate email with tracking info. I have not heard a thing from Oui Please as of Jan 29.

ANYTHING which promotes this brand sub box should come with a disclaimer about the extreme lateness, the product substitutions without warning or explanation, and the struggle to get the owner to send out just one item in the categories they say will be in the box. They don’t actually have a CS dept. in place.

IF… IF I even receive this box, it will be box #5 for me out of an annual pre-paid sub that was purchased in October 2016. I had assumed that would be 6 boxes, every other month, starting in October 2016 and ending in October 2017.
Boy was I wrong.
I have now received four boxes, the last of which was delivered in late November 2017. Will I get the other two boxes? If so, when? I don’t even bother writing because I don’t expect an answer.
That said, this box looks nice and I like all the potential items including the wax melts. Please no crap cookies and no sample sizes. Please…

You hit me to thinking… I subscribed in January a full year ago and have received 3 boxes. Sounds pretty bad when you look at it that way.

I have officially crossed this box off my list to ever try. Between all the shipping issues, inequity among boxes and non-French products, I have become to disillusioned to ever take the risk. And I don’t think I’m alone.

Where are the home, fashion and jewelry items? After the last box where they threw in a made in china beret, and almost tried to throw in an alibaba bracelet, I really hope they get back to including high-end French brands, and not just box filler. So far not impressed with wax melts and water that are likely included as free samples. OP it was good while it lasted, but I am not subscribing when my boxes are up unless you really turn around and actually give the $350 RV promised.

My initial experiences were not good, but I found midway that things did change and customer service was very responsive and accurate. They responded immediately every time to confirm my choice and when the box arrived, all of my choices were perfectly accurate and everything was fresh and in great condition and on time. I never thought I’d be writing this comment, initially, but this is one of my favorites now. I’m on a financial lock down from my husband, lol, otherwise, I’d be ordering this.

I feel the same way. Ashley has been amazing CS wise. They do have some hardcore lateness issues however I always get my box eventually and love it! I’ve learned to not expect it to be shipped on any sort of set schedule. It comes when it comes and as long as it does eventually I’m okay with that because anytime I reach out I’m always taken care of.
