  1. Still haven’t received my either and I was billed on Nov 17 with only $80 in add one’s what is the hold up? This is ridiculous

    • Same here, I haven’t received my box yet and I had $40 in add ons while being a “select” member. I was also charged a month ago. I’m so disappointed because I always loved this box, I may have to cancel.

  2. Just got off the phone with customer service. Yes, there are still winter boxes. I wanted to order an extra but in order to select what I wanted, I had to do a 2nd subscription. She took the $10 off for the first box & let me pick the items we were able to choose. I’m an annual subscriber and my box just arrived last week. I think it’s one of their best ever. I live in Florida and it was 29 degrees this morning, unheard of for here. Loving the poncho, socks & mug for hot beverages. FYI: No guarantee the 2nd box will arrive before Christmas (for those of you ordering your first or 2nd). Their warehouse is not located anywhere near the terrible fires, so that was reassuring. Happy Holidays all!

  3. I finally reactivated after weeks of procrastinating, but it didn’t ask my preferences for the pillow spray and conditioner or the body ball. I’m freaking out, I’ll be really mad if I don’t get to pick my pillow spray that I wanted.

    • I’m pretty sure you’d be getting the winter editors box at this point, which has neither the spray or the ball. You should contact them asap and check.

    • FFF doesn’t make it clear that you DON’T get a choice at this point. One of tge reasons I cancelled the sub completely. To me, it’s false advertisement.

  4. I’m an annual subscriber, was billed on the 17th for my ad ons. Still waiting for my box, shipped 13 business days (I did not include black friday). When I contacted customer service I get a continuous loop of priority members ship 10 business days and I’m here to help and serve. They supply no answer as to why the delay. I’m defiantly not renewing, not worth being a member.

  5. I just got mine today and I was missing an add on and one of my choices was wrong. There’s something amiss with every box I receive usually, but they always correct it.

    Just a note – SANTA20 doesn’t seem to work anymore. And the winter box left is the winter’s editor box, not the regular box. The only good thing is you can choose a scarf instead of the poncho. The rest of the choices don’t compare at all to what was in the regular winter box tho imo.

    • I just signed up with Santa20 and my account said I’m getting the winter box. Hmm.

  7. Did anyone else get items in their box that they didn’t order? I just got my first box yesterday and I had a Brigeo heat protectant and a black beanie in it! I think those were two add on options, but I didn’t pay for them… Not complaining! 🙂

    • A lot of people – including me – didn’t get add-ons that were in their cart. There’s a lot on the forum about it. I have no idea what was going on in the fulfillment center this month.

      • Oh geez, that’s horrible. I’m so sorry… :-/ I hope they get you your stuff soon!

      • Great. I’m an annual subscriber and still haven’t even received mine. But for summer I only got about 20% of my addons…they eventually shipped the balance except 2 or 3 items that were out of stock. I didn’t think it could get worse than that. Ugh.

      • Unfortunately every season that I purchase add ons there are always at least one item missing. I spent almost $500 in add-ons this year and my shipment is being delivered in two boxes. The first box had everything in it and I’m crossing my fingers that everything is in the second box which is due to arrive any day now. I didn’t get any extras unfortunately lol. That must be a nice holiday bonus!! Happy Holidays to all my fellow subscription addiction members.

    • The Briogeo was the gift product this season. They sent an email to a random number of subscribers saying they wanted to give you something extra. You just had to reply. They did it for the fall box as well but idk if that’s something they always do or just started.

    • I got those too. And today I got a D.L. & Co Bergamot Woods candle. I have no idea why I got the candle but I’m thrilled!

      • I got an email saying that the candle was being shipped separately to me too, so strange!

  8. I received my box and add ons on November 27 which was the first time I received so early !

  9. Received my winter’s box along w the MSA bonus set (pink tote, aviator sunglasses, & lay-flat notebook) this past friday as a new subscriber- if that helps.

  10. Does anyone know what the 3 bonus items were if you signed up using that special code? I got a notice that one of the items had to ship separately so I am curious what that means..

    • If you put “free fabfitfun” in the MSA search box at the top of this page the first post lists the bonus items I think you are referring to.

      • Oh yeah forgot about those. But no not the light bulb and probiotics. The second post where the code was YesYes.

  11. They haven’t released any info for an editor’s box for winter 2017 yet. People are just now getting the winter box. I HIGHLY recommend it!!!I am loving everything in it!!

  12. I thought they ran out of the Winter boxes, isn’t that why they put out the Editor’s boxes?

  13. I was billed on the 27th and my box arrived on the 7th.

    • *Shipped on the 27th. I was billed on the 17th.

  14. I was billed for add-ons on Nov. 17th and my box still has not shipped.

    • Same.

    • Mine came Friday. I live in MA.

  15. I ordered 10 days ago and they still haven’t shipped out yet! Getting impatient!

    • No one has shipped- I think.

      • My box shipped on the 2nd and tracking shows it should arrive on Tuesday (the 12th).

      • Mine arrived early last week.

        • Then, This is unacceptable.

          • It takes awhile. And worth t be wait!

          • esp. if you paid for the subscription up front and not monthly. My sister is a monthly subscriber and she received her box early last week. I am an annual subscriber and am still waiting? What is up with that?!!!!
