  2. My box was received by FedEx on 11/30 but has had the status “In transit to U.S. Postal Service” since 12/07 at 7:00 am. USPS status says waiting for package, I’m starting to think it’s been lost in transit.

  3. Got mine today. There was an ornament filled with hair ties tucked in the shipping box. Wasn’t one of my add-ons and I wasn’t charged for it, but it’ll be a great stocking stuffer for my daughter.

  4. Still waiting on my box, can’t believe it isn’t here. Slowest shipping ever and I have so many add ons this time. If this is going to slow down shipping I’m not a fan. I like to avoid spoilers too and that is pretty much impossible when people receive their boxes at such different times.

    • Definitely not their finest shipping this season. My box finally arrived today…and I am missing NINETEEN add ons!! 19! Unbelievable. In my chats with customer service they have no idea what happened with the rest of my order (the missing add ons show up on my order and I paid for them, but they aren’t listed on my packing slip or in my box.) CS has no idea what went wrong, or if they will be able to get the items for me (most of which were sold out, so unlikely.) These were supposed to be Christmas gifts…needless to say I am very unhappy! If a mistake was made and an item or two was missing I could understand…but seriously, how is it even possibl that they could leave out SO MANY items? (I asked if there could be a 2nd box coming and they said no.) So much for my being a “VIP/Select” member…

      • I’m hearing rumors I might not be getting the Singapor tote, as they have “run out”… So not impressed – I want to cancel my annual sub, but will wait until closer to renewal in case I have issues.

  5. i got an email with tracking yesterday, checked on the package today and it says to be delivered by wed. i did buy add-ons.

  6. Waiting by me door as we speak for the mailman to deliver!! I ordered an extra box for the first time – this one is worth it! Every item will be used. Glad I hung on and didn’t cancel after all.

  7. Day 14 for me. This is my first box and I’m not happy. They just keep telling me it is in the process of shipping. Is this normal?

    • Same here. I contacted them and they said it will ship soon. That was days ago. I also am waiting on my Box of Style. I’d love to enjoy these subs before the holiday season is over.

    • Same here! They just keep giving me the runaround. Time to cancel😡

      • Me too. Priority customer and still waiting. Customer service isn’t helpful either.

        • Same here. What’s the point of being a priority member if they hold the boxes so late? Customer service told me yesterday that my box was “ready to ship”…I was billed on the 20th!!

          • I was billed on the 17th. They told me shipping is 10 BUSINESS days after billing. What a bunch of crap!

    • Same— Annual member with with add-ons … and I looked in the forums and there are already Seasonal Members who have actually received their box. I contacted Customer Service and they said their policy states “up to 10 business days”…

      • I am disappointed seasonal members with no add ons have received their box before mine has even shipped – especially since I am more excited about the add ons than I am the actual box (I have no use for the poncho, palatte, necklace, or mug).

    • Same here. It’s never taken so long before, I’m wondering if there’s some sort of problem.

    • I was billed the 16th and still haven’t received tracking. Was told that it’ll “ship soon”. LOTS of add ons. Don’t know that FFF values their customers.

  9. Was mostly looking forward to the socks, mug and necklace. I had to cancel due to contributing excess funds to my bestie who lost her sister unexpectedly. All of my other boxes are prepaid several months in advance; hoping I can trade any of those unwanted items for the ones I Love in the FFF Winter box!

  11. This has been my favorite fff box. I love the mug, wrap, and fuzzy socks. I like how the skin product smells like cloves, although I’m not finding it to be a holy grail item. Wish this box came in early nov so I could’ve been using these items when the weather got chilly (instead of the fall box’s shedding and disintegrating wrap).

    • Oh the wrap isn’t good? 🙁 thinking of getting this from swap groups in facebook since I missed out on the Fall box

      • I really like the wrap. Yes, it sheds, but several people, including Liz, commented on the other related FFF posts (review, spoiler, etc) that they successful washed and dried the wrap which helped with the shedding. I loved the one I got in my box so much I swapped for another color! So you may just love it like I do!

      • I love mine. Keep it in my office as a shawl . I haven’t noticed it shedding too much. And it’s warm and Oh so cozy
