  1. Cute necklace for $10; is this sub easy to cancel?

    • They have amazing customer service! I had a problem with my delivery, and she (Caroline) went above and beyond to help me, and it was not her fault at all. She responded immediately to emails, and was incredibly nice. This is the best customer service that I’ve seen, possibly ever!

      I wouldn’t hesitate to sub to this box. The pieces are high quality, and unique. If you have a problem, Caroline will help you, no doubt. One of my favorite subs!! (And I’ve had dozens and dozens!). Hope this helps! 😊

      • I want to subscribe badly (love this month’s necklace), but most of the comments I’ve read on MSA about their customer service have been negative. I did order the gold and coral earrings during their last sale with no problems though. I wish they would let you unsubscribe through their website instead of sending an email to customer service.

        • I must say I was also previously thrown off by the negative comments about their customer service. But since I saw how responsive this company was on MSA, I took the risk and gave them a try. I did have an issue last month with the color, as I was sent silver earrings when I had preferred gold. Caroline also helped me sort everything out. Although it took some time for the issue to be resolved, she was very responsive and fixed the issue. I would definitely recommend them, and if you have any questions prior to subscribing, I would highly recommend shooting them an email first. They respond very quickly and should be able to clarify your concerns.

        • I just recently subbed and bought a few things from the shop during the last sale. Unfortunately I had 2 problems (just my luck!) and the first one turned into this huge mess of confusion due to the mixups with the earrings last month and problems getting my return shipping refund. But Caroline was consistently responsive, helpful, polite and kind. She went above and beyond to help and make sure I was satisfied and everything was settled and resolved. Seriously some of my best interactions with customer service. I actually feel bad asking questions now like I’m just taking advantage of their kindness! Haha.
