i am confused…..when i went to purchase this the price jumped from 49.99 to 59.99 then finally to 65+ with tax. are they charging 10 dollars for shipping?

The website says it’s $59.99. Was there a coupon code that would drop the price to $49.99 or did they suddenly raise the price?
