I couldn’t get that code to work. I hate dealing with customer service over there.. I asked them how do i go from month to month for 19 dollars to a 6 month subscription to save money WITH OUT CANCELLING.. You know what they did right… Just cancelled me and acted as if they did me a favor. I said well now uf I go sign back up now I will end up with getting charged again for another July box that I already had… They answered with we cancelled your account and have a good day pretty much.. I can’t be the only person that happened to… I just wanted to save a few dollars and I just signed back up today,mind you this happened in the middle of July… Now I just tried for 15 mins to get the free gift and it just wouldnt go through. I refuse trying to explain this clearing only to be told only to be told I should have a good day and my issue has been solved and closed… Their boxes are amazing but get it right… Wow

Just a warning:
I never received my box this month (4th box on 1 year sub). After multiple emails telling me different things they said they couldn’t do anything until 30 days had passed. Really?
So they’ll be charging me again for next months box with no guarantee I’ll get it?
Nope, they can deal with my credit card company and if it happens again I’ll have to block them from charging my card. That’s no way to treat your customers and I’ve seen other posts with similar accountability problems.

After waiting almost three months for my first( and then 2nd and 3rd boxes) box to get delivered. They cancelled my account and refunded my money. They claimed my address was invalid(?!) and they couldn’t find my street address. I live in a major city, on a boulevard. I am glad that I finally got my money back. But, I had to hound them for it. I really think this company is bonkers. It is so hit or miss. Glad, I subbed to BB, Art of Oragnics and Fab Fit–they have no problem finding my address.
