Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Graze offers over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences. I spent some time choosing preferences, noting which options I wanted to try, think I would like, or "trash" and prefer not to receive. That being said, your Graze box may look completely different!
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to "trash" snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Jelly Doughnut
This fruity mix features raspberry strings (they have a fruit roll-up texture), vanilla cookie drops, raspberry cranberries, and almonds. If you grab a piece of each component per mouthful, the resulting taste is unquestionably VERY jelly doughnut. I was also happy to see that this snack pack is one of the lowest in calorie count at 120.
Pizza Margherita
Pizza without the guilt! (Just kidding -- I never feel guilty about eating pizza.) This little package includes basil, cheese, and tomato flavors, and it also comes in at a surprising 120 calories. I love crunchy and savory snacks, so this one was right up my alley. Plus, pizza is fantastic, but we already covered that.
Tuscan Pesto Kern Pops
Talk about crunch, this snack mix is crispy and unique. The included cheddar popcorn is half popped, leaving some additional crunchiness, and the mini basil breadsticks are quite flavorful. If you enjoyed Pizza Margherita, you'll love this one too.
Summer Berry Flapjack
I received the Original Fruity Flapjack in June's Graze box and really enjoyed its heartiness, so I was happy to find this summer berry variation in July's box. These mini oatmeal bars pack the most punch in both calories and carbs at 240 and 34 g. Perfect as a filling breakfast on the go!
Chili Honey Almonds and Peanuts
This sweet and spicy nut mix is full of flavor. If you love really robust seasoning like me, you'll be a fan of this nutty snack. Just make sure to have a refreshing beverage nearby!
Soy Roasted Seeds
This seed mix is a terrific source of protein at 7 g, and it's also the highest in fat at 16 g. I'm not huge on pumpkin and sunflower seeds, so the overall taste was just okay to me. I also feel sort of silly eating really tiny seeds like this sometimes. There are only so many you can pick up at a time, so it takes forever, and you never really get a substantial mouthful. Can you tell that I should probably work on my patience?
Sweet Rhubarb Jam
This one is for the fruit lovers out there! With a combination of dried rhubarb slices, apples, and cranberries, I definitely picked up on a jam-esque flavor profile.
Salted Fudge and Peanut Cookie
Lastly, a brand new addition to Graze. Like the doughnut snack mix, this one has a similar concept: combine each ingredient and enjoy a decadent peanut butter fudge cookie taste! I love that this pack provides just the right amount of sweetness while also including 7 grams of protein.
Verdict: I'm feeling like a Graze pro after tasting my second box from them! In starting to learn how their flavors break down each month, I'm also identifying some favorites in their evergreen snack arsenal. Most portions look small but are actually pretty satisfying, too. $13.99 is reasonable for such a wide array of snacks, in my opinion, and the conveniently compartmentalized packaging makes selecting the right one to satisfy your current craving a delight. I look at it this way: I'd definitely pay $1.75 for each of these snacks individually. Really a perfect snack box concept for the busy individual!
