Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Graze offers over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences. I spent some time choosing preferences, noting which options I wanted to try, think I would like, or "trash" and prefer not to receive. That being said, your Graze box may look completely different!
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to "trash" snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Pecan Power
This is a really yummy mix of pecans, cranberries, and almonds. I'm a pretty big fan of both nuts and dried fruit, so I'd say that snack #1 is starting off strong. Plus, it gave me a little bit of a holiday season vibe.
Caramel Apple
This one is like an apple pie... but only 80 calories. Definitely feels like you're eating dessert! The toffee sauce was my favorite part but could be a little messy if you're on the go.
Fiery Protein Burst
This mix features cheese flavored almonds, chili broad beans, and jalapeño chickpeas. The cheesy and borderline spicy coating made for an addicting snacking experience. Definitely for the crunch-lover!
Original Fruity Flapjack
This option could be described as somewhere between a bowl of oatmeal, a granola bar, and a piece of fruit pie. Super hearty and filling, I could easily say that this snack was among my favorites in June's box.
Natural Vanilla Seeds
This subtly sweet seed mix is incredibly addicting even if it's a bit messy on your hands. The vanilla coating on each pumpkin and sunflower seed leaves a somewhat sticky residue. Maybe not the best option to opt for while, say, typing on your laptop, but a tasty one for TV time!
Vitamin E Defense
Yay, hazelnuts! They paired so well with the peanuts, dried cranberries, and raisins in this vitamin E-filled snack mix. This one is dubbed a 'Nutritionist Pick' on its package (like Pecan Power) due to its ability to aid in protecting your cells from stress. Sold.
Raspberry Coconut Muffin
I was actually in awe at how much this really DID taste like a muffin. I think the amaretti drops really drive the flavor home. So tasty for when you have a sweet tooth but don't want to go the sugar-heavy route!
Sesame Garlic Crunch
Garlic meets sesame sticks?! I knew I'd be into these before diving in, and I was right. I could see myself reaching for these in moments when carbs are on the brain.
Verdict: This was my first Graze box, and I was pleasantly surprised. The portions look small but are actually incredibly satisfying. $13.99 is pretty reasonable for such a wide array of snacks, and the adorable packaging makes selecting the right one to satisfy your current craving a delight. Thoroughly enjoyed!
