GlobeIn now offers two Artisan Box themes you can pick from! The theme for the second GlobeIn May 2017 Box is… Epicure!

Fellow connoisseurs of the good life,

Writer Virginia Woolf once proclaimed, “One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.” To which this box proclaims, here, here!

Indeed, what if the path to our highest good really were through following our pleasure? Well, that would make wine and cheese very, very important—and this kit a pretty sacred set of tools.

Salud!

And in case you missed the full spoilers for the first box for May, here are the full spoilers for the Lunch Box:

My April box still has not been shipped. The website says they have some kind of system glitch. Also, I noticed that the price went up to $45, they did not even send e-mail acknowledging it. May will be my last box and I won’t be renewing. I feel like it lost its touch and uniqueness. Only four items for $40 and what do you get – spork what my kids got for free in school. I never count the card, to me this card is useless because it is not a standard size and I cannot even find the envelope that it would fit. Sad, good company, great ideas, but execution is really sucks

Some readers were commenting that they already got the Tri-Bento from a previous Artisan Box, but I must not have been subscribed at that point. However, I did already get that little cutting board, and that was less than a year ago. Unless that’s just for the photo and not in the box, it’s really disappointing that they’re repeating items, especially for people who’ve subscribed longer and can only choose from items they already have. I really love those glasses if they’ll be included, but I don’t want another cutting board. The Tri-Bento seems cool, but I don’t need a spork or another cloth napkin.

I used to love this box so, so much, but the past six months have been really disappointing – shipping glitches, promo glitches, inventory issues… I also have had multiple issues with my subscription – I was charged twice in a couple months for a six-month subscription, and my account screen still doesn’t show me the correct start date, so goodness knows if I’m actually going to get the six months I paid for. I want to believe it’ll get better – I’m very excited for the Sustain box that’s finally on its way – but I don’t know how much longer I can hang on, especially with repeat items and the lack of truly artisan and special items, which is unacceptable.

I feel exactly the same way, I canceled my sub. The sustain will be my last for awhile. After the LLB fiasco and the Globein Feb box ordeal, I am in no hurry for long commitments with sub boxes.
I got that cutting board in Feb when I had to go on the waitlist for the Love box.
Globein’s glassware has been really nice.
I will keep an eye on Globein and may resub in the future, but for now….

If I purchase a 3 month subscription can I still skip months? Like with Julep?

Dee

Yup! Shouldn’t be a problem.

I like the tumblers but I don’t like how they continue to add old products to their new boxes ever since they made the switch from 1 monthly selection to a choice between 2. I don’t need another wood slab. If they have a surplus and need to get rid of their old product, why don’t they have a mystery box sale or something instead of adding it into the new ones?

I would buy a mystery box if those tumblers were a spoiler! This is too much money for me to spend monthly, but a mystery box is a great idea.

Those glasses are beautiful! I might have to sign up again if they are in the box.
