Now, onto the items!
Recycled Glass Tumbler, Palestinian Territories (Retail $30)
This recycled glass tumbler measures 4 inches tall and holds about 12 oz of liquid.
This glass is food-safe, so you can use it as a tumbler, but I think I’m going to use mine as a tealight holder or a vase.
The swirl pattern is gorgeous!
Air Plant, Japan (Retail $7)
This little air plant only needs a few sprays of water a week. I think I can keep this thing alive!
It’s so cute!
I think air plants are an easy way to add a little green to your desk, too. (I put together a pinterest board with a few air plant display pins if you need some ideas!)
Kaisa Basket Bowl, Bangladesh (Retail $14)
This is my favorite item in the box this month.
Measurements: 10″ D x 6″ H
It would be a wonderful storage basket or a planter. (I’m thinking of using it to hold wash cloths in the bathroom.)
Upcycled Bell, India (Retail $12)
This bell is made from recycled tin and iron sheets.
The multi-colored braided band adds a nice pop of color and contrast to the metal. GlobeIn recommends hanging this on a doorknob or window, or using it as a part of holiday decor.
GlobeIn Greeting Card, 6×4″ (Retail $3)
This box also included a blank card that fits well with the Sustain theme.
And a coupon for $25 off a purchase of $80 or more at ShopSoko.
Verdict: This box has a value of about $66. I think that’s a good value for a subscription box that focuses on fair trade and giving back. And everything in this box is pretty useful, too! The basket and tumbler feel so special, too.

Hey Liz, did you see that Globein Club is increasing in price? Here’s the email they sent:
Dear Caitlyn,
We are writing to let you know that the price of your Club subscription will increase by $3/month beginning with your next billing cycle, to cover shipping costs.
For new Club members, shipping will be free for the first month, and all subscribers will always receive free shipping each month you purchase more than $10 in add-on items.
We appreciate your understanding. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
P.S. Shipping is always free for Artisan Box subscribers. If you’d like to upgrade, use code FREEGLASS to receive a pair of handblown wine glasses with the purchase of a 3-month or longer subscription!
Sincerely,
Genna & The GlobeIn Team
agh. I just signed up for a 3-mo sub and used the $10 off code but would have rather had the wine glasses.
When I received that email I cancelled. The sub wasn’t for me. The last 3 months were items I will never use. I did not like this month’s scarf at all. If you like the items it’s a fantastic deal even at $13 a box. The scarf is $22 and then you’d have to pay shipping. I just didn’t want to pay $3 more for something I won’t use.
That’s how I feel about it, except I actually love the scarf. That’s the only item I’ve liked so far though. It’s a great deal if you’re getting something you want, but if not, it just feels like money you could’ve spent elsewhere.
Your tumbler reminds me of the planet Jupiter. Very cool!
Off topic but how do I send an email or private message to Liz Cadman? Thanks.
I thought the only color variations were blue and yellow! My top pick is blue, a good second would be the one in this review. Depending on what I get, I might have to buy more colors when I can find room in my frivolous spending budget!
This is the 📦 I picked. I wish they included something to put the air plant in though.
This box, and a few others, is only available in the USA. Which is a bit mean for us overseas!
I suppose it’s because you can’t ship plants overseas. Reasonable
I LOVE the design of your tumbler!
Gorgeous!
So excited for the airplant and bell too! And the basket!… so pretty much everything!
I really like this box! I ordered the Eco To Go box this month which I am very excited to get 🙂 Silly question ~ Is the shell dish (shown in the photo) something that has been available through GlobeIn? Or does anyone know if it will be an add-on at some point? I really like that too. I have a problem 😉
I haven’t noticed the shell dish in the add-on section… I usually look through it once or twice so it’s possible I missed it, but it doesn’t look familiar
I was wondering the same thing, the shell dish is so cute! It’s not in the add-ons, I was disappointed that it wasn’t included, I’d prefer it to the bell…
That glass/vase is absolutely gorgeous! Love the little air plant as well.
