Got mine today and love and will use every single item. I used the $10 code and didn’t expect an extra item. Perhaps the Zoya nail polish is extra because it’s not shown Above? Love the color, love everything and am amazed at the value for $40. Wow! Oh wait, I’m gifting the silly coloring book and pencils and don’t even care!

I just got this box today, had signed up when you could choose the dermalogica product or eyeshadow, and I chose the derm product. I love this box. Everything is of a wonderful quality. The necklace is a little itchy, but I that’s just me not reacting well to the metal, so definitely not a real deterrent. The koya nail polish is wonderful, went on smoother than my opi, and it doesn’t even need a top coat. The lip gloss is pigmented well, but it doesn’t transfer to my teeth or outside my lips, and it feels great. The oil feels nice, didn’t make my hair look greasy, and the scarf is warm, perfect for the cold weather. I am pretty critical on what I spend my money on, and I am glad I splurged on this. I haven’t tried the peel yet, but the ingredient list looks like what I would normally buy, so no trepidation there. 100 percent recommend this sub. So far, company and website seem to run well; I don’t have any complaints. This is less expensive than doing glossybox sub every month, so I think I will make this annual sub and replace my glossybox with it.

I received my box today and it might be the most perfect box I ever received! All I did was email and nicely ask to add my choice of certain items when they were later offered as an option to newer subscribers. Customers service was great and this box is spectacular! FFF Fan!

I feel the same way as the rest of you. I wanted to email FFF to day this feels like a bait and switch. I remember an MSA post with the Pure palette as a CERTAIN item in the editor’s box (Liz even confirmed it), but I can’t find the post now. It would be useful to send the post to FFF as evidence of their dodgy-ness. Do any of you remember or see that previous MSA post?

So, I emailed to ask to cancel and get a refund based on all of the free gifts and extra items after being told that Nov. 11th was the last chance to secure the box. Yesterday I was told that I could cancel or get the free item. I said cancel. Today I get an email that says, oops sorry. They shipped it out today so no refund.. and no extra item. Nice.

I purchased the Editors box yesterday and of course like everyone on this thread. I am hoping fit the eye palette. Where is the sidebar that says new subscribers can choose it?

I hate this box too. I’m only mildly interested in one item, the marakesh. Cheaper to buy the item.

I hate this box and I wish they would move on and drop it. I usually like fff and if I remember the last regular sold out box was very good. I’m not doing anything until I am guaranteed I will not get the editors box.

Hate this box. I wanted to buy FFF as gifts, but this box sucks. Thankfully I picked up a 1st gen welcome box as an add on, so I’m giving that to my friend, and buying the sub when the spring box comes out – she won’t know the difference and she has something to open under the tree.

If I already subscribe can I purchase the editors box?

So even though FFF said that you had to rush and order by November 11 to be guaranteed this box, now they are giving away EXTRA to the late subscribers to buy it? This is pretty shady, along with letting late subscribers pick the dermalogica or Pure palette as their extra item, pretty much guaranteeing the nail polish for the early subscribers. This is the last straw, especially since now this isn’t being sent in time for christmas. I’m emailing and trying to cancel. Sad that this is their followup antics to an amazing fall box. And I loved the summer box, even though I was in the minority.
