This month's theme was Futuristic!
Each month comes with an information sheet in the form of these collectible cards. You'll also get a themed collar charm.
This is the best collar charm yet. It's from one of my favorite episodes of Rick and Morty!
I seriously can't recommend this show enough. It is a mature animated show, though!
Spunky Pup Fetch & Glow Ball - Value $6-7
This month's toy is glow in the dark ball. It's plastic, but a softer plastic - but it's much too big for my small dog, I wish they had sent a smaller size for smaller dogs.
Barkstronaut Bites - Value $10?
This month's treats are Barkstronaut Bites. Let me tell you, Buckles is BEGGING for more of these by my side as I write this review - he loves them. These are chicken sausage treats - and they look like little sliced sausage, too.
Dog and Human Shirt - Value $25-30 Total?
This is the first month where the shirts do not match. I think that the puppy shirts are made from a different manufacturer because the shirt was MUCH smaller than usual. Buckles earned his treats getting in and out of this shirt.
Here it is looking like a little muscle shirt on Buckles.
Verdict: I enjoy unboxing Loot Pets and enjoying it with Buckles, but it feels less and less geeky. The toys have become normal toys that you'd expect from any pet subscription box - which is a bummer! The geeky part was their differentiator, and I'd like to see them get back to that. The shirt size was a disappointment as well, they'll need to be more aware when switching manufacturers - this was a drastic difference. The value is certainly there (if you like dog shirts) - but I'm craving more geekiness.
