Bluum is a monthly subscription box for babies and toddlers. Their boxes are super customized – specific to the month of your child’s age! The box I’m reviewing is customized from my preferences and my son, who was born September 2nd, 2015!

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Gumdrop Pacifier Sterilizer + Newborn Pacifier – value: $9.99

I was really excited to see this item in my box because I actually have a handful of extra pacifiers I need to sterilize before I can use them. I have been putting off boiling them, so this microwave-able option is great!

Sticky Belly Milestone Stickers – value: $14

These stickers are a cute way to celebrate milestones as your child meets them. I think $14 for a pack of stickers is a little inflated, though.

Boudreaux’s Rash Preventor – value: $9.70

I think a spray application for a diaper rash treatment is a brilliant idea. You spray it on after diaper changes and it actually creates a wetness barrier. Also, it has no fragrances or preservatives, which I like a lot.

Angel Dear Swaddle Blanket in Stars – value: $16

We’ve learned by now that my son doesn’t like to be swaddled, but this blanket is really pretty and I love having extra blankets on hand, so I’m glad to have it.

The Verdict: Overall, I liked this box! I know I’ll use everything included. The value of this box adds up to $49.69, which I’m happy with.

That Boudreaux’s Rash Preventor is only $4.39 at Target and lately you can get it for $0.73 all the time. I’ve been stocking up on it for my friend’s baby shower. I’ve wanted to try Bluum, but I’m nervous I don’t hear many good things about it.

I was really disappointed with Bluum this month. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and they sent me face wipes containing salicylic acid, which is a well known no-no for pregnant women. I also got a natural bug spray, which would have been nice in June, but is pretty useless in late September in MN. I also got a stroller hook and stretch mark cream, which I will use. I emailed Bluum and they got back to me quickly and said I will receive a special bonus item in my October box. If the next box isn’t worth it, I’m canceling. I haven’t been overly impressed with them.

My son hated to be swaddled too. I swapped the blanket. Love the pacifier sterilizer! I like bluum but they seem to send stuff I don’t need i.e. the end of my pregnancy they send belly stickers that had weekly milestones on them. That would’ve been nice at 16 weeks preggo not 36 weeks…..SMH

Kitty, I got those in my last box, too! I mentioned the exact same thing in my previous review – who on earth at Bluum thought it’d be okay to send those to me when my profile clearly stated I was 36 weeks pregnant? Definitely was disappointing.

I got those stickers in my last box, so I was 16 weeks along. Even so, I don’t use them. They only include certain weeks (12, 16, 20, 24, etc.) so when I’m taking my pictures I don’t even think to reach for them. They’d be much better if they included every week.
