Lael Sunrise Jewelry Rose Quartz Necklace - Value $36
I love delicate gold jewelry, and this piece is my style too! (Plus I love that this piece alone is worth more than the cost of the box).
Aura Cacia Chill Pill Essential Oil - Value $8.79
Here is a description of the scent:
Take a deep breath! Orange, peppermint and basil help relieve the mind of its burdens, while lavender, patchouli and chamomile cool off the emotions.
I like this scent, and Mindfulness Box included it as a reminder to take a breather whenever you need it. They recommend using it in a diffuser or adding a few drops to a bath.
Note Cards - Value?
These were included to "explore self love through expression... Writing a letter is an authentic form of meditation. Allow yourself to be fully present, fully alive."
Palo Santo Stick - Value ?
I received Palo Santo sticks in the January Yogi Surprise box, and I LOVE the scent! Mindfulness box recommends burning the stick or using it to make tea!
Zenbunni Chocolate - Value $4
This chocolate is made with biodynamic ingredients. I love getting chocolate in boxes, but I thought it was weird to get this in the May box since they also included Zenbunni chocolate in the April box.
Verdict: This is one of those boxes that I think is more about the value it brings to you than the retail value. (Though for this month the retail value is higher than the box cost). I think having a monthly reminder to take time for yourself, meditate, etc. can be very valuable, and I like the concept of this box.
