How much is Rocksbox shipping?
Rocksbox shipping is free. Shipping costs are included in your Rocksbox membership. You can also make free returns and exchanges using the Rocksbox reusable envelope and pre-paid return label that comes with your box.
When does Rocksbox ship?
For new Rocksbox members, there is a one-week wait list for boxes to ship. Once your Rocksbox ships, you'll receive an email with shipping verification and a tracking number to keep tabs on your box. Rocksbox shipments ship with USPS and do not require a signature.
Does Rocksbox ship outside the United States?
No. Currently, Rocksbox only ships to the United States and it's territories.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes. There are two ways to change your shipping address.
- Log into your account page and change your shipping address.
- Contact Rocksbox Customer Delight team at [email protected]
Make sure to update your change of address before your box ships. Once a package has shipped, even if you update your address, it will not be able to be re-routed.
