Opening The Box
This season's Margot Elena is my first, and while I am no stranger to the brand and its aesthetic, I was not prepared for how devastatingly beautiful the presentation was of the packaging and the products that were safely tucked inside. Chefs kiss to their design team, who are obviously pros.
So far this year, nature has not been too inspiring, with temperatures below 32° and snow squalls, but Margot Elena's spring collection is about to flip the switch. This box is stuffed with refreshing fragrance and exciting new releases and exclusives, spreading cheery vibes to lift and reset those winter woes into spring mode! Yay!
Here's What's Inside
TokyoMilk Savage Belle Tin Candle - Exclusive! — Retail Value $18
I am not your average fragrance connoisseur; I seek out fragrances that thrill me and brands that make me feel a little dangerous when I wear them. When I was fresh out of college, still finding myself (much like today!), my sister gifted me with a bottle of Tainted Love by TokyoMilk, and my world? Totally rocked. I never realized how transcendent fragrance could be, and I've always looked to TokyoMilk as the GOAT at blending complex notes into irresistible, addictive fragrances. Savage Belle is one of those scents that is soft with a dark side. Notes of ginger mingle with lovely wisteria, and charcoal accord adds a smoky, mysterious undertone. This tin candle scented my living room within 20 minutes of burning, and my husband even commented on the "alluring" scent when he walked in.
Lollia Relax Luxe Shower Steamers - Exclusive! — Retail Value $24
Let's be real, 2026 has already been a looong year. It's important to prioritize self-care, but in this economy, who has the time? Enter shower steamers! When you're in a rush and a bubble bath isn't in the cards, a shower steamer is an excellent alternative to melt away stress and indulge in an aromatic, relaxing experience. Just place a disc on the floor or a shelf in the shower (away from the direct stream of water), and enjoy the scent of honey blossoms, white orchid, and wild lavender. This is the closest my bathroom has come to being a spa! I could smell the steamer well after my shower, too. This set of five steamers is exclusive to this box, but I hope they release them for purchase in the near future.
Archive Yet to be Written Fragrance — Retail Value $54
For this season's perfume, you'll either receive Archive's Yet to be Written or Poet at Heart fragrance. My heart was set on Yet to be Written for its zesty, citrusy notes, and my hopes came to fruition. Is it just me, or is there no confidence boost quite like walking outside, your own fragrance wafting gently with your hair in the breeze, reminding you that you're a sophisticated babe on a mission? I love it. This eloquent fragrance has notes of grapefruit, neroli, and orange blossom. I spritzed myself first thing in the morning, and when I hit that formidable 2pm slump, another spritz of this revitalizing fragrance perked me right back up.
Library of Flowers Willow & Water Bath Salts — Listed Value $10
Immediately upon opening this beautiful packaging, I was uplifted by a cheerful floral fragrance. Cut greens, flowering lotus, and watercress greeted my olfactory senses and my mood instantly leveled up. Bath salts are mineral rich and they have a purifying effect while hydrating the skin; the aromatics are my favorite type of therapy, and I can't wait to indulge in a long, luxurious bath.
The Cottage Greenhouse Lemon Blooms & Honey Handcreme — Retail Value $28
I was hoping to try one of the The Cottage Greenhouse's handcremes in this season's delivery. I've been pretty good about keeping my hands and fingers crack-free this winter, so now I can smother them in avocado and shea butters and bask in this glorious lemon-and-honeyed-floral scent. The handcreme soaked into my skin instantly, and my hands feel silky smooth and totally nourished.
Pardon My French X TokyoMilk The Sky is the Limit Luxe Notebook — Listed Value $18
As a snail mail devotee, I am shockingly not into journaling or note keeping. I really wish I were organized enough to do either of these things, and I try every year to keep an up-to-date and detailed planner, but alas, I ain't got time for that. The soft-touch cover is embellished with a sparkling butterfly and gold metallic detailing along the spine; this gorgeous lined notebook, a collab from Pardon My French & TokyoMilk, will make a really great gift because, honestly, for my purposes, totally not worthy of this quality.
Infinite She Fearless Hydrating Body Lotion — Listed Value $32
Florals, for spring!? That's a yes from me, plus soft and supple skin is always in. Wild geranium and rosewood notes lace this silky shea butter lotion with a long-lasting, not-too-overpowering scent. I was really impressed with the hydrating results, even after only one use. While I love the look of its sleek metal packaging, it might be a pain to finish this up when the pump can't reach the remaining product; sounds like a problem for future me, though!
Lollia Elegance Perfumed Shower Gel — Listed Value $24
Lollia's iconic shower gel has a cult following and for good reason. I am picky when it comes to shower gel; I need moisture and a lovely, thick yet workable texture--Lollia exceeded all of my expectations. Shea butter and jojoba oil hydrate the skin, almost eliminating the need for any lotion or cream after a shower. Elegance has a delicate white-amber and mirabelle fragrance that lingers long after use; my bathroom was graced with its soft fragrance until around lunchtime. And its packaging is also beautiful, but that goes without saying. I totally get the allure, and I don't think my showers will ever be the same!
