I love how simple Nourish Beauty Box keeps it. There is no literature that I feel pressured to read, just four full-sized products looking back up at me.

Now, on to the items!

So Susan Cosmetics Liquid Powder Shadow Palette in "Midnight Goddess" - Retail Value $15

Typically, your girl loves a lot of color, but these powders were tricky to work with. The range of dark pigments and shimmery shades is pretty, but I just can't get the hang of applying this formula. I tried applying it with my fingertip, the eyeshadow applicator, and a dense brush, but every application ended in muddy color that just wouldn't build for me. The only success I had was to apply them as a liner with a liner brush. Has anyone else had this issue?

Seraphine Botanicals' Primrose + Cream - Retail Value $42

Everything about this palette is a yes. Everything from the range of colors to the texture and finish of this formula is a yes. It is so easy to tap on the high points of the cheekbones, then one swipe on the lips, and you're done. It felt comfortable on my skin, and I didn't feel like I needed to seal it in with any finishing powder.

Pure + Kiwi's Luna Crème- Retail Value $41

I could tell as soon as I opened this jar that I was going to love this cream. It is so rich, but it absorbs almost instantly into the skin. It feels so gentle on my skin, and even after a crappy night of sleep, this cream managed to make my complexion look well-rested and plumped up. Turmeric, Sea Buckthorn, and Kokum Butter nourishes and protects the skin barrier while promoting healthy collagen renewal, something this 37-year-old can really appreciate!

Kika's Clear Lip Gloss - Retail Value $13

The packaging of this lipgloss is gorg. Castor seed oil helps to nourish, and its high-shine finish gives the lips a plump, healthy appearance. This is a non-sticky and affordable gloss that I could see myself repurchasing in the future.

Swatched above: Pure + Kiwi's Luna Creme, Kika's Clear Lipgloss, So Susan Cosmetics Liquid Powder Palette, Seraphine Botanicals' Primrose + Cream

Verdict

February's Nourish Beauty Box has stolen my heart. I am psyched to try (and fall in love with) the Pure + Kiwi Nourish cream. I am also loving Seraphine's cream palette, and I haven't left the house without Kika's clear gloss. Obsessed! February's box has a retail value of $111; you're getting four full-sized products for $39.95, a great deal for anyone looking to expand and enhance their natural beauty arsenal on a budget.

I’m a self-proclaimed “cool mom” who loves a little, who am I kidding, a lot of razzle-dazzle. I have been box-obsessed for over 10 years, and I am always on the hunt for new beauty, fun flair and trendy clothing boxes. A fun night for me includes an exfoliating foot mask and a bag of Dot's Pretzels while binging Rupaul’s Drag Race.
