Why is it when you go to the fabfitfun page on MSA it says this is the most recent spoilers? This website has been so broken ever since it was sold.

I bought an Annual membership after getting a free Summer box with a purchased box. They also sent me a $200 value mystery box for upgrading and it was super name brand cosmetics. skincare, and candles.
My Fall selections were so pathetic on the first day of choosing that I realized FFF is not the box for me after all.
I’m writing to say that if you upgrade to an Annual subscription, and do not like or see the value in merchandise offered for the current box when unveiled, they WILL let you cancel for all remaining box and refund your card! I was on live chat and they were SUPER NICE to cancel my $150 left on my subscription and I do have the refund on my credit card.

I’m thinking of subscribing but I’m not sure how to tell what is still available beforehand..Does anyone know if the Trophy skin brighten MD, Nars Blush in Deep throat, glow recipe moisturizer and the living proof no frizz vanishing oil are still available?

Nothing left as a seasonal I’m interested in. I’m thinking about canceling. $55 for stuff I don’t need or want is too much.

I unswapped after seeing the add on options and realizing I had to pay shipping on an order under the minimum. Comparing my ideal box with what I could get for my add on credit, I just wanted the box. FFF let me unswap, and I’m actually pretty excited about my choices. I got the trophy skin tool (ehh), Glossier futuredew (excited), AJ earrings and Sugarbear sleep gummies (excited), Frye boot socks (nice), Glossier balm (nice), and embroidery/clock duo (excited, but prepared to find the craft kit impossible). I know many people are not impressed with the fall box, and I was not happy with the spoilers, but I ended up pleasantly surprised with FFF customer service and my box.

Hello. Does anyone know if we are only allowed one of each item for add on sales? There are some things i would like to get two of but i can only add one and its not because its sold out. I never saw anything limiting the amount from three to one. Did i miss this?

During the annual window of the add-on sale, they started with limiting products to one per person (to allow more people access to products), and then on the Saturday (I believe) before the sale ended, they opened it up to 3 max for products that had good inventory. So I would suggest you check back in a couple of days, as you may be able to add additional items.

They changed it another reason I canceled my annual. While I think it’s only fair seasonal members get items too, there needs to be a benefit to paying annual up front. So that’s their fault for NOT SECURING-ENOUGH ITEMS! Also second year in row NO FALL THEME! All they had to do was switch out pastel Easter poncho and scarf for nice fall plaid nope, no fall candle
No fall leaf or pumpkin items there’s ZERO EFFORT! Just unload same crap. 🙁

Yeah I noticed that too, I think they’re limiting to one per person so they don’t sell out too quickly.

I’m having the same problem. I saw something about it in the forum, but they said it would be fixed soon. But, it’s still not fixed, obviously.

soooo I finally snagged the trakk posture corrector – went to do some research on it….FFF has its retail at $49.99, the trakk website lists its for only $39.99. hmmmm…. so then I check out the EruoHome 6pc stainless steel bowl & grater set.. FFF has its retail at $49.99… “on sale” for $37. Bealls is selling the SAME set for only $22!!!!! And that appears to be the regular price!!!! Everyone please do your own research on the stuff you have in your cart as clearly its no where near the “deal” they are claiming!!!!

That was 1 complaint the other is the 2nd year in a row NO FALL FEELS PINK SCARF PINK SHAWL looks like February spring box looks like no thought went into this. It’s terrible a horrible mish mash of junk so glad my annual is up I’m canceling. What a HUGE disappointment for those of us that don’t have much to look forward to. I thought there would be plaid fall stuff fall candle holders or fall candles but no they are in add ons we have to buy them.

FFF is the one box I have kept (since 2014), never missed a box and I can say with confidence that this is the worst box ever! Why would they give us a pink lightweight scarfigan (they keep calling it a cardigan, which is irritating)…I have one just like it from 3 years ago – same shade of pink and shape…There is so much skincare (mainly masks) and the value is just not there – I am very disappointed in whomever curated this box – they should have started the season by apologizing to us for this crap! A string pull tiny veggie chopper that a full size onion would not even fit inside? I will give them the winter box and if this is not a one-off, I’m done with them… I know a lot of people canceled prior to customization opening and the add-ons are mostly over priced with a lot of unknown brands…

I got all my choices and money’s worth out of this box. Nothing exciting; but, all usable. I am not renewing any subscriptions after expiration. Getting out of the ‘sub’ racket.

Exactly. I am downsizing stuff daily. I am getting ruthless with it, lol. Me, too…I have enough skin and makeup products for years. I have gifted and donated a lot as well.
Stuff…you cannot take any of it with you on your final journey and, truly, we need very, very little on which to live.
