Bespoke Post is a monthly membership club that delivers high-quality lifestyle products from up-and-coming brands for $49/month. It’s voted as one of the best men’s subscription boxes of 2022 by our readers and it’s a great box for women and couples as well.

When you sign up, there’s a quiz to determine your preferences and interests, then you’re matched with a new themed box every month. Each box promises at least $70 in retail value with items ranging from outdoor gear, barware, home, and kitchen goods, clothing, and more.

Unlike most subscription boxes, you get to preview your Bespoke Post box before it ships and you can easily swap for a different box or skip the month for no charge. You only pay for the months that interest you.

This is a review of the "Polarized" box, which is currently sold out. You can sign up to be notified if it comes back in stock though!

First Impressions

Sunglasses are something that you can find all over our houses and cars...except when you need them. Can you relate? When my husband drives my car, he typically borrows whatever sunglasses I have laying around, and these looked like a great unisex pair we could stash in the van for whoever is driving so that we always have a pair when we need them.

Inside the Bespoke Post "Polarized" Box

Seacliff Polarized Sunglasses by Sunski in Black - Retail Value $58

I love these sunglasses - they are lightweight, super comfortable to wear, and the polarized lenses make them great for bright, sunny days. I think these will be perfect for driving in, too. They really are very simple and I think the shape would flatter pretty much any face shape. They are made from 100% recycled material that is lightweight, and it came with a fabric case and sticker.

They may not be amazing or stylish on me, but I think they look okay, and even with my very wide head (I frequently get headaches from tight sunglasses), these fit and were comfortable enough that I barely noticed I had them on.

While the sunglasses themselves are pretty amazing, I think Sunski's business model is what I am most excited about! If the sunglasses break whether by accident or even by fault (give them a "good story" they say), they will replace them for you. My usual qualm with sunglasses is I will find a pair of frames that I love and I will wear them in until they fit perfectly... and then the lenses will get scratched and they are no longer usable. With Sunksi, that is no problem because you can purchase replacement lenses for your glasses at a fairly reasonable price (under $20). I really wish that I could replace the lenses in my favorite pair, but since I can't, I think I will be shopping for some new Sunski shades so that I never have that issue again! They also have a really cool (and somewhat creepy) virtual try-on feature that allows you to see what various sunglass styles look like on your face. It's worth checking out!

Pirate Multi-Tool by Trixie & Milo - Retail Value $14.00

This stainless steel multi-tool is pretty fierce-looking and has a clever design that should be easy to locate should you need a bottle opener, wire cutter, screwdriver, or 6,8,10, or 12 mm hex. This is always something great to stash in your car for emergencies and I appreciated that they threw something else into the box because who doesn't like to receive two items versus one?

Value - Was This Box Worth It?

The Cost: $56.89

Value Breakdown: This box costs $56.89 with shipping, and we received sunglasses valued at $58.00 and a multi-tool valued at $14.00, which puts us at about $15 over the cost of the box. Since I was able to discover a great new brand of sunglasses, I'll take that as a decent value this month since that pretty much makes the multi-tool a freebie.

Key Takeaways

Once again, this wasn't the highest valued Bespoke Post box, but I am very pleased with the sunglasses and the quality!

While I have been reviewing boxes since 2018 and I love the luxury of trying new products, I'm also balancing it out by dabbling in a little bit of homesteading, too. We now have 4 chickens and a rabbit and my sourdough starter is going strong! I love learning about new brands and sharing the great things I find with others in hopes that they find something new to love or to fit their needs!

I think the shades look great on you! I’ve been looking for a new pair of sunglasses in this style and I like that they’re polarized, too. Might have to pick these for my next Bespoke Post box.
