We know you love our monthly favorites posts so here's our monthly post highlighting our favorite BEAUTY and FASHION discoveries from subscription boxes! Here are our favorite skincaremakeup, fitness subscription boxes, and women’s styling service items from the past month:

Megan's Beauty Favorite:

The Item: Beauty Bakerie Milk & Honey Highlighting Palette

The Cost: $38

From: Boxycharm Premium

Why I love it: Aside from being one of the cutest brands out there, Beauty Bakerie makes one heck of a highlighter. And this set of four? Divine. All totally wearable and honey-themed. I loved it!

Naomi's Beauty Favorite:

Front of Purfect Anti-Aging Rose Eye Serum for Nourish Beauty Box October 2021

The Item: purfect Anti-Aging Eye Serum

The Cost: $65

From: Nourish Beauty Box

ACTIVE DEAL: Sign up for emails to get 20% off your first box. No coupon needed - just use this link.

Why I love it: On the quest to rid myself of my ever-growing crow’s feet, puffiness, and those dark raccoon under-eyes, this eye serum has been a true ally. I love the consistency, how quickly it absorbs into my skin, and how it doesn’t leave any sticky or oily residue behind. I always see visible results in the puffiness and darkness around my under-eyes, but what I love most is the rollerball applicator. It makes it super easy to precisely apply the product gently under my eyes, and the texture of the rollerball is delightfully cooling. I keep this product on my nightstand for quick and easy, before-bed application.

Becca's Beauty Favorite:

The Item: Revlon ColorStay Satin Ink in Black Cherry

The Cost: $8.98

From: Walmart Beauty Halloween Limited Edition

Why I love it: Fall is the season for dark lippies, and this black cherry color couldn’t have been more fun. Paired with a coordinating sweater, this color has autumn written all over it and I am totally here for it!

Jessica's Beauty Favorite:

clear bottle with black top showing green liquid next to white box

The Item: Dr. Althea Skin Relief Essence

The Cost: $18

From: Facetory Lux Plus

ACTIVE DEAL: Save 20% off your first box!
CODE: MSA20

Why I love it: I love using soothing products on my skin even if it’s not feeling especially sensitive because it keeps my redness at bay and my skin happy. This essence (well, I use it as a serum because it has the texture of a serum), has loads of ingredients that my skin loves like centella asiatica, ceramides, and hyaluronic acid. This one-ounce jar will be empty quick because my skin keeps soaking it up every time I use it.

Nicole's Fashion Favorite:

The Item: Zahari Lace Up Bootie

The Cost: $62.95, VIP Price $42.95 (currently on sale for $10.74)

From: ShoeDazzle

Why I love it: These boots are absolute perfection! Rock the boat and wear these white booties to reckless abandon after Labor Day-- YOLO as the youths used to say! I absolutely love that these fit my thicker calves and are incredibly comfortable to boot (pun intended). I wore these at the pumpkin patch and I was able to walk around looking and feeling great-- no sore feet is a big bonus! They are such a versatile staple too. You can easily wear these with a t-shirt, mini skirt, and faux leather biker jacket or with your favorite floral maxi and an oversized sweater. So many possibilities!

Sanna's Fashion Favorite:

Image via Armoire.

The Item: ba&sh High Collar Double Breasted Jacket

The Cost: $495, member price to keep $248

From: Armoire

ACTIVE DEAL: Get $30 OFF 1 month of the 7-item plan OR 50% OFF 1 month of the unlimited plan.
CODE: 7MSA89 or MSAUNLIMITED50

Why I love it: This is a perfect jacket for early fall. I love the roominess of the fit that allows you to throw it on over bulky sweaters for colder days. It’s so easy to wear but the plaid makes it just dressy enough to wear to the office or in my case, OK to leave the house in sweatpants when I throw this on over the top to run errands.

Sanna subscribes to Armoire on her own, but see more about this fashion subscription here & read reviews by Sanna here!

Becca's Fashion Favorite:

The Item: Anywhere High-Waisted Leggings

The Cost: $74.95, VIP Price $14.98

From: Fabletics

Why I love it: I usually stick to neutral colors when purchasing workout gear, but I just couldn’t resist these bright camo leggings. Comfy, flattering, and trendy I find these becoming my go-to paired with a black hoodie and my new tennis shoes!

Hi there, I'm Christen. I am all sorts of things:

🌳 a writer who loves to convey feeling

🌲 a mother who wants to have just as much fun as my kids do

🌳 an outdoors-lover who's achieved #1000hoursoutside with my family

🌲 a low-maintenance self-carer

🌳 a general hungry person with an unstoppable sweet tooth

You'll find me collecting stationery and squirreling away stickers, riding bikes and swimming with my family, creating outfits in colors and silhouettes that make me feel amazing, wearing big earrings, drinking beer and asking my husband to feed me harmonies to sing, taking my vitamins, living for dancing to live music, roping everyone into a craft, being human and vulnerable, and celebrating the phenomenon of being alive.

...and doing it all with energy, delight, and jokes along the way.
