I thought I cancelled this a few months ago. I received an email a couple days ago to tell me my May box is on the way. So now I have paid to receive a bunch of stuff I probably won’t like going by the reviews.

I just opened my May box. For some reason I thought we were getting all three Burts Bees flavors but its actually only one. Mine was Watermelon.
The booklet was printed to show the ESPA eye moisturizer but it appears the Comfort Zone Hydramemory Cream Gel is what replaced it.
I did NOT get the hand sanitizer that is listed as a bonus. Haven’t contacted LF but I’m guessing its because I’m a US based customer?

Oh wow. I got the soap sponge rather than the Burt’s Bees, but I thought it would be all three. I was disappointed not to get the sanitizer (also in US). The soap sponge is way too scratchy for me. I gave away the peeling mask and the little pink cleanser pad thing.

Late Deliveries. The Lookfantastic beauty boxes always arrive late, but this time my April 2021 box has not arrived and it’s May 3! (I was billed at the end of March.) Contacted Lookfantastic several times and the reps assured me that my April box would arrive. Their e-mail advised an April 12 delivery date at the latest. I researched the tracking number again this morning and it looks like my April box was slated to leave the UK on May 1! Additionally, I’ve already been billed for the May 2021 box at the end of April.

April shows still in Langley for me on 5/4. Customer service just told me that it may take 30 working days. Charged May and won’t show tracking yet. I wish customer service was better often if you just inquire to any shipping service they at least look at package starts tracking again. I will not renew.

May 10, 2021 and still the April 2021 beauty box allegedly is languishing at Langley for over a month now. However, it appears that my May 2021 revised beauty box is in NYC and on its way to me.

I contacted second time for April. They tsaid it had been returned to their warehouse and offered refund or resend. You would think they would have taken action when returned instead of me having to contact them twice.

Really wishing I hadn’t caved and subscribed for their $1 December box….haven’t liked any of the boxes I’ve received since that one. Ugh :

Is it weird that I am hoping to get the Burt’s Bees lip balms? I will use the creams and the Dr. Botanicals serum, but will give away the peeling mask and the silicone pad. I like most of the box, but it is an odd assortment.

Gosh, I really can’t remember the last time this box was good. Must have been… three years ago?.. 🤔
Just looked it up – yeah, exactly three years ago, March 2018 was the last box I got from them.

What happen to the ESPA 24-Hour Replenishing Eye Moisturizer that we were suppose to receive for the May box….That was a spoiler for the May box, that they posted in April, I really hate it when they don’t give us the items they promise us…..I wonder if the Dr Botanicals Eye Serum is now taken the place of the Espa Eye Cream….Dr Botanicals is not a bad brand however ESPA is definitely a better brand…..I am so frustrated over this and the fact that one of our full size items is The Vintage Cosmetics Company Silicone Exfoliating Pad worth only 2.67…..Look Fantastic needs to do better, Glossy box is doing much better then they are.
