JustFab Review + First Look for $10 Coupon – March 2021

JustFab is a monthly clothing, shoes, and accessories subscription that allows you to shop in two ways – you can shop the regular store, or you can sign up for their VIP membership. VIP memberships work like this:

  • Take the Style quiz to note your size and style preferences.
  • Each month, JustFab releases a new collection and they will curate looks that match your preferences which you can view in your personalized Boutique
  • Shop those looks at 40% off what you’d get just paying retail, or skip the month. You have to make your decision by the 5th of the month. If you do neither, the $39.95 monthly membership fee will be saved to your account as a credit, which you can put towards other outfits later.
  • As you shop, you’ll also earn points that can be applied towards future purchases.

FYI, COVID-19 Updates: Stay up-to-the-minute on shipping delays, return policy changes, and more right here.

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

JustFab March 2021 Review

I get a lot of questions about how this subscription works and since it is a bit confusing I figured I’d walk you through the process:

Signing Up

The first step to signing up is taking a short quiz to answer some questions about your style, or you can just skip ahead and go straight into registering for an account with your name, email address, and shoe size. Then they will take you to your “boutique” which are some items they recommend for you. While the $10 offer seems like it can only be applied to shoes, it will also take 40% off any clothing or accessories, which will be the price shown in red. Of course, once you go to check out, they may offer you some additional deals, so I recommend finding a few items and seeing how much you can save! Just a warning- they do sell out of items quickly, especially in certain sizes, so if you are in love with something, don’t hesitate!

First Purchase

Just for fun, I added these slide sandals to my cart. Now you can see they ring up as only $10 so long as you select that you are joining their VIP membership. I’ve also included the terms of their membership program. FYI – I have successfully canceled an account in the past without having to call in.

Here you can see the difference between the VIP savings (left) versus just shopping without a membership.

Monthly Membership

Each month you can avoid paying the $39.95 membership fee by simply going into “My Account” and selecting “Skip the Month.” Once it says “You’ve Skipped,” you can just forget about this until next month with no obligation to shop or buy. You could also shop that month to avoid the credit, but I much prefer skipping and then shopping at my leisure, or even better, waiting for a sale to shop! Also, you get points for shopping and for reviewing items you’ve purchased, which can be redeemed for a percentage off or even just a dollar-amount off which can add up fairly quickly. Although, sometimes the way the credit applies to sale items can get a bit tricky, so you may have to play around with it a bit to make sure you’re getting the best deal.

  • It’s $10.00 for your first pair of shoes or 40% off clothing or accessories for your first purchase.
  • Set a reminder to skip each month so you don’t end up with a credit you don’t want.
  • Shop sales to maximize savings!

Take a Peek Laser Cut Flat in Camel – Retail Value $62.95, VIP Price $42.95

I have had my eye on these shoes for a while and now that spring is finally approaching, I thought they would be perfect to pair with jeans and a nice top- plus they were on sale for $15! These are just stylish enough to add a hint of sophistication to your outfit, and flats are my favorite type of heel. I love the color which will pair nicely with most colors and the little cutouts were a fun detail. I actually sized up half a size, mostly because they were out of my size, but also because I’ve found that after three pregnancies, my feet are slightly wider than they used to be and I was hoping these wouldn’t squish my toes as much. These were pretty stiff at first, but I was able to break them in quickly just wearing them around the house for an hour or so. I am glad that I sized up, although my heel does keep sliding out, but nothing that a little heel insert won’t fix! I’d much rather have a little extra room around my toes.

Here they are on. I think they are super cute and I have a feeling I will be wearing these a lot this spring…on the dry days, of course!

Circle Flap Backpack in Blue – Retail Value $59.95, VIP Price $39.95

I have been wanting a mini backpack for a while because I love the idea of having my hands free, again due to those 3 kids (it’s amazing how much having them influences my fashion decisions these days!), and the small size is comparable to a purse. This one has pockets on the outside on either side, an open pocket on the front, along with a nice large opening inside with another smaller open pocket and one zippered pocket. I love all the pockets for organization and I really love the color too. It’s called blue, but it’s really like a super muted dusty blue-gray which is so pretty with the gold hardware. This one was on sale for $31.96, which seemed like a decent deal.

Here is the bag on. While it is a mini backpack, I can easily wear it slung over one shoulder comfortably!

The Verdict: This month I was able to score two items that I’ve had my eye on from JustFab and I feel like I got a pretty good deal overall! I ended up paying a total of $51.90 after shipping and taxes, which I think is fair for a pair of cute flats and a backpack. While I would probably never pay retail for these items, I did score some pretty good savings since they normally retail for $122.90 ($82.90VIP)!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes! These items are still available, but the sizing on the shoes is limited!

COUPON: Get your first pair of shoes for $10! No coupon needed - just use this link.

Value Breakdown: The total retail value for these items is $122.90, and the VIP price is $182.90. I paid $51.90 which is a discount of about 58% off retail.
