I love Facetory Lux Plus and have a quarterly subscription through them. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t try to do this for those on that tier bracket, though. I love their in-house brands as well as other brands. Another poster asked if they’re going out of business. I highly doubt they’re going out of business. I just believe these mini fridges were their cute little concept they had, but for the customer, it wasn’t financially-friendly when we could put them in our own regular fridge. I never received repeat items in my quarterly sub or expired/nearly expired items.

I think they were referring to the mask subscription. In January, both the 4 Fresh and 7 Lux was ALL repeat items. I have all three subscriptions and there has been repeats from previous boxes and across the three subscriptions.

Wow they’re like… really trying to get rid of these fridges. Guess they really expected to sell more of these than they have.

Just curious what your reasoning is? This fridge is part of their new ice cream collection, which was released just before Christmas. It doesn’t go on sale often and is the first time I’ve seen it paired with their sub. Seems more like promoting their sub and part of their newest lineup, to me. I have seen multiple deals recently for their other mini fridge, which was launched a few years ago. Maybe that’s why you think this? I am mostly curious because I have been eyeing their ice cream fridge but just haven’t jumped on it yet (I missed out on their Valentine’s day deal when it was 40% off–silly me for thinking their vday promo would run until vday, it actually expired the beginning of feb). Other than that, the most I see them discount this during sales is 20%, with better savings on their original mini fridge.

this is like.. the third or fourth coupon I’ve seen for this fridge. If something sells well, it doesn’t need a coupon. If something sells at all, it doesn’t need to be added as a freebie to a subscription. Subscription freebies are always stuff companies have too much stock of. But if you want it, you should buy it! Don’t let it not selling stop you.

Are they going out of business?

I wish this applied to an annual Quarterly Lux box that includes skincare and face masks. I am just not a sheet mask fan. I like slathering them on myself and using different masks on different parts of my face.

I cancelled my Facetory subs. They were sending too many repeats and nearly expired items. I wonder if they’re desperately trying to clear inventory to focus solely on their in house brand.
