I am beyond livid. I was just charged for this box even though I have selected skip for every single month since the first one! Is CS responsive? If not I’m calling my bank!

I have the portfolio from the same company, and while I usually am not impressed by vegan leather, this company makes really high-quality vegan leather products.

Im so interested in trying the shaver on my upper lip. My hair is usually bleached some by the sun but since i wear a mask outside, its gotten a little more noticeable. this is perfect timing.

And i love the pink hepburn!

Meh….This is a bait and switch. I was with them two years and the last 6 months was pretty awful. Customer service was rude and condescending.

How is it bait and switch? Do you not receive the spoiler items?

Curious how someone was condescending to you? For what it’s worth, over the past two years that I’ve subscribed, I have had to reach out to them several times with things like help in stopping my subscription, applying reward codes, questions about my selections and so on and I always get prompt and pleasant responses.

I emailed them twice recently after being a subscriber for over a year, never received any response back.

Ooooh. I love the pink Himilayan rock salt, but many of the things on that list look nice! I’m assuming the Hepburn us some sort of pleather, which I don’t usually care for, but the design is very sleek and pretty.
