  • Karuna: Oh, Glow On Sheet Mask (Retail Value: $7)
  • Habit Cosmetics: Multi-Use Color (Retail Value: $28)

Nourish Mantra Ratrani Moroccan Lava Clay Cleanser, 2.36oz - Retail Value: $18.00

Like every gal with dry skin, I typically avoid drying clay cleansers, but I was very pleased with this version. It has a fluffy yet velvety texture that manages to thoroughly cleanse and nourish the skin at the same time. This is a unique cleanser that has a hint of grit yet enough slip to make a small amount go a long way, and it smells and feels fabulous! Moroccan lava clay, French red clay, and activated charcoal control oil while vitamin E replenishes the skin with hydration. This is my favorite find this month!

Elikya Beauty Liquid Eyeliner, Black - Retail Value $12.50

Black is an understatement for this shade; it is the blackest eyeliner I have ever seen. The packaging really doesn't do this product any favors; I had to keep removing excess product from the brush and even then I had a little too much on the applicator. It is somewhat runny, but once I got the hang of using it, I liked the way it went on and stayed put.

Little Moon Essentials Bath Salts in Peaceful Forest, 4oz - Retail Value $5.50

This little pouch breathed new life into my weekly spa night. What an incredible scent for bath salts! I never thought of using a woodsy fragrance in my bath, but now I'm hooked. A mix of pine, spearmint and spruce filled my bathroom, and I took a snooze right in the bathtub (which I definitely don't recommend), oops. I felt pampered after exiting the tub, especially knowing this product is chemical, preservative, and paraben-free.

Four Sigmatic Superfood Face Mask, 1 mask - Estimated Value $4.00, Buy 10 masks for $40.00

A food-grade face mask that smells and tastes like a fudge brownie? This sent me back into the mindset of early 2000's when Jessica Simpson launched her edible body care line, Dessert Beauty. It isn't necessary for products to be edible, but I certainly don't mind. I was skeptical going in wondering if this will taste better than it makes my skin feel (or vice versa), but dang, I was impressed by both aspects.

This might look gross, haha, but I assure you, it tasted like a dark chocolate brownie mix! You can mix the powder to a very sticky, thick texture or smooth it out a little more with additional water. I plastered this on and rinsed after 10 minutes. Thanks to the superfoods reishi, Chaga extract, Gotu kola, ashwagandha, and cocoa, my face felt softer, smoother, and smelled a little like fudge.

Au Naturale The Anywhere Cream Multistick in Daiquiri - Listed Value $35.00

If you're looking for that Snow White, strawberry-flushed cheek, look no further! I love a strong winter blush to bring color and life back to my complexion, and Daiquiri, which is the perfect shade name for this beauty, is really putting in that work. The texture is soft and buttery, and its pigmented color and texture lasted all day long on my skin.

The full-sized multi-stick retails for $35, and that is how it was listed on this month's info insert. This sample does not have a size indicated, so I did not include this item in the total box value.

Swatched above: Elikya Black Eyeliner, Au Naturale Anywhere Cream in Daiquiri

Verdict: November's Kinder Beauty Box had an exciting mix of products this month. I am forever impressed by the brands Kinder Beauty manages to find! I can't get enough of the skincare from this month's box, and I've been inspired to do some holiday shopping so my sisters and I can meet up on zoom wearing the same chocolatey mask. The value of November's box came to $40 (not including the Au Naturale Multi-Stick sample), which is much lower than usual, but it was definitely one of the best boxes I've experienced from Kinder.

I’m a self-proclaimed “cool mom” who loves a little, who am I kidding, a lot of razzle-dazzle. I have been box-obsessed for over 10 years, and I am always on the hunt for new beauty, fun flair and trendy clothing boxes. A fun night for me includes an exfoliating foot mask and a bag of Dot's Pretzels while binging Rupaul’s Drag Race.
